Regent Plans

I was looking for a local architect as I had quotes from others but I had a feeling that they either didn’t know about planning permission or were just trying to sell me the services. Some were making things up!I spoke to Mohammed who was very thorough and gave advice around issues.Newcastle under Lyme council were very difficult to work with and they raised the same concerns Mohammed told me about. Anyway, following a lengthy to and forth with the planning officers, Mohammed managed to get me over the line. He also helped with signposting to other consultants I needed to deal with the conditions. I know for a fact that my money was well spent on a development site which was refused before and without Mohammed, I would never have got planning permission. Very professional and very good drawings and floorplans.

I made my floor plans through Regent Plans. They are a professional team, with years of experience. The whole process was Straight forward and they got my plans approved within a few months.I have already recommended them to my friends.
