DAPPER DOGS

So impressed with this place! My dogs look amazing and the staff are really friendly. They have done a fantastic job. A massive thumbs up from me!

I cannot understand the previous reviews especially as the owner tells me that she has never groomed either of these peoples dogs. Seems very odd and malicious to me

Our westie rosie has been coming here since a pup..she is now 6..Sue is very friendly and always happy to see Rosie..and rosie loves her too ..I wud t take rosie a anywhere else..and she always comes home with a packet of gravy bones and a lovely ribbon xx

Great service. First time visit, just picked up our LabraDoodle puppy, couldn't be happier. Very knowledgeable and really friendly with our spoilt pride and joy. Spent ages looking for a groomer that does a great job and we've found one here. We'll be regular customers for foreseeable future.

One star is too much for this business to be honest. I received a call from Dapper Dogs this morning after having to cancel an appointment I had due to work commitments and was screamed and yelled at down the phone by the woman who works there/runs the business.I cancelled my appointment through their business Facebook page, as they seem to update their page regularly so didn't think this was a problem. However, they failed to look at their page since I cancelled my appointment.The woman immediately started shouting at me calling me a rude little cow for not turning up to my appointment and this carried on for about 5 minutes while I was just sat there shocked! I could not believe it. I said 'how can you speak to people like that and still have a business' and she responded with many things such as 'yes I will speak to people like that who do not turn up to appointments' and then went on to ask me personal questions about my life and job, asking if I had any idea what common courtesy was. (Ironically!)She was vile, rude and extremely unprofessional. If she can deal with people like this, I dread to think about poor dogs who go to her. Disgusting.

Have used dapper dogs for years and never had a problem. The lady who does the dogs is really kind and a clear animal lover. She does a great job

First visit, very impressed, my cockapoo looks adorable, will definitely bring her here next time, best groomer we've had.
