Recently had Windows and cladding fitted on the house by window rite. The fitters were very professional and friendly and done an amazing job cant fault them the service was great from start to finish.

Arranged an appointment for their surveyor to measure up for a new door but nobody turned up. However, NW phoned the next day to rearrange but once bitten twice shy.I believe if any business cant be bothered to get the basics right then what would their response be like if i experienced an issue, would they be bothered to respond? i wasn't prepared to take a chance so bought from elsewhere. Needless to say i wont be contacting NW again.
