Tiles & Baths direct have seen me right with both properties. And never failed me. Brilliant service from Stephen Carr - he knows his products, what will work in the space, what will be non-slip, what will make a statement. My leather-look padded tiles in my downstairs bathroom are still my favourite thing in the house. People can't help but comment on them. Their range is superb and constantly updating their displays with new concepts as soon as they hit the market. They always honour their guarantees and I've never been let down by their service.

I have known this business for over 12 years. It's genuine pleasure dealing with this company. Great staff, knowledge and excellent product.

Dealing with this company has been the worst part of our home renovation. Everything they designed for us ended up being incorrectly sized, late, and they don’t reply to your emails or calls to rectify anything. We have had to return every single part of our bathroom suite as all of it was wrong.The lady who originally designed for us was extremely rude not just to us but other customers in the store.The quality of their products is nice so it’s such a shame that they don’t have their act together when it comes to correct design or customer service.

The worst service I have ever come across. I have nine bathrooms to do and had a healthy budget. I went to this company three months ago and had appalling service then. I attempted again today, just in case it was a one off. Atrocious! The arrogance of three of the staff, the lack of service, the lack of staff and the way I heard one of the staff speak to someone over the phone was appalling. It’s the condescending approach that left a bad taste. We left once again fuming and took our business elsewhere.I am sure they are knowledgeable but be humble with your information. Once I can forgive but to be treated like that on the second round.... goodbye.

I worked with Tiles and bath direct over a 6 month period and they supplied me with tiles and some bathroom items. Everything they sold me was of the highest quality. Fantastic to be able to get samples to take home and also the help designing our bathrooms was amazing. Special thanks to Stephen for always being available on the phone when I had questions. Also appreciated being able to return some tiles due to over order. Will be back soon to get more tiles for my patio in the garden.

Ella was absolutely excellent in helping me with my project which involved 4 new bathrooms. I knew the look I wanted for each bathroom and with her encyclopaedic knowledge of products she was able to source the right products for me. She provided the technical specs for the builders and also communicated with them directly in the one instance when they had a query. I was made aware of the phased payment system and invoices were always sent out correctly. All in all, she was a super star and made the whole process pain free and pleasurable. Thanks Ella, I would definitely return.

We made a trip during rush hour traffic to visit this showroom to find a new bathroom. The showroom looked nice but it's a real shame the lady serving us called Jigna appeared completed unbothered to give us any useful knowledge. She wasn't very welcoming and had quite a condescending manner. We felt something she quoted was too pricey and when we raised this we got nothing but pure defensiveness. When asking about alternatives or advice on materials she seemed even less interested. I have seen people complain on Google reviews about the after service but unfortunately we got such an awful service before order, this didnt give us much faith so we walked out! We saw another friendly salesperson there who seemed to be treating his customers with respect and had we seen someone else maybe our experience would be different.

I went into the TBK showroom in May 2022. I chose to go there after a Google search that the company was the winner of the KBB bathroom award for best showroom of the year 2021.I did not make an appointment,which turned out to be fortunate as, after a short wait, I was attended to by Gary Parker - the Senior Manager. My request to him was to design and refit two bathrooms in our newly purchased apartment in South West London. I have always been aware that chosing ones own design with matching tiles is more than likely to result in an expensive mistake. I was very impressed by the the website's completed projects and the showroom designs and fittings - and much more importantly by Gary himself. In consequence, we agreed a budget and then I left the design and choice of tiles and fittings completely to him.Gary came to our flat within a few days to review, and shortly afterwards I received the quote in full detail which was acceptied. Moving forward to November this year and the bathrooms have been completed. Gary's gift of design and stylish choice of tiles and fittings is amazing and the result has exceeded expectations. Gary also recommended the contractor he usually works with, Piotr Tomas. I could not have found a better professional and cost effective team and the project was finished in four weeks. I am a very satisfied and happy customer having had excellent customer service.

Ella was great at picking out our bathroom and flooring. Very patient and good advice too. Highly recommended.

Initially I thought this would be great place to shop for my tiles and bathroom unit. I have been waiting for months for my shower screen with no communication from Daniel Gold who was dealing with my order, nor the customer service team.I was hounded for the second payment with Daniel messaging me out of the usual business hours and yet, when I’ve wanted an update about my order he’s been too busy or simply doesn’t care to return calls.Similar to their customer service team. Called yesterday and they have no clue about where or when this final item will be delivered. They have lovely units but I would not recommend buying from here.
