Website didn’t work to book tickets, seats were old and uncomfortable (unlike another brand of cinema that has electric recliners), the audio in the screen didn’t work so they had to fix it, the £6 popcorn tasted like fish (which means the butter had gone out of date), and the teenager behind the stand refused to refund it. It was a laughably awful experience. I’ll continue going to the other brand of cinema, which is far superior and somehow cheaper!

Standard cinema, clean, easy booking. Often queues for refreshments on both levels. Personally I think its overpriced compared to other local options - Showcase has armchair recliner seating, Broadway and Savoy both have more character and you can take in from the bar. Cineworld is central though.

It's great watching movies in Cineworld, good experience and the only thing I'm uneasy about is the timing of movies displayed, it's not on the scheduled time and there is a delay and we need to wait a long time for the movie to start. Apart from that it was a great experience to spend the weekends.

Not really a great cinema experience. Haven't been in ages, but went to see oppenheimer. For a start, it's a lot more expensive than showcase. I appreciate its easier for people to get to on the bus, but that's its only selling point. The seats were awful and uncomfortable, the audio was all over the place, some of it was completely unintelligible. And there seemed to be some kind of intermittent moire pattern on the screen.Overall go to showcase, its better and cheaper. Really regret watching my most anticipated film of the last 2 years or so here, and having what should have been a great cinematic experience ruined.

Cineworld Nottingham is unbelievably poor quality. I don’t know how anyone can pay to sit and watch a movie that looks like this. Staff are not helpful either

The sound was extremely loud that we walked out after an hour as we both got headaches. Husband was covering ears in any music moments, and my ears were ringing all the way walking back to the car. Food and drinks overpriced. Seats too close to person next to you, which is OK if you don't mind smelling their sweaty feet. Manky toilets, and take your own loo roll, as there will likely be none. In fact, go to toilet before you enter the building somewhere else. Terrible waste of money.

We always come here for our movie night and enjoy the experience. The staff are friendly and all the screens are clean. Easy access to the car park and city centre and other places.Only one downsize, women toilet is clean but every hand soap dispenser is empty

Multi Plex cinema with IMAX. Friendly staff. Screen 3 is one of the biggest and our favourite. Screen 1-7 are located on floor 1 and remaining screens are located on floor 3. Nearest car park is Trinity Square car park, if there are no spaces then Victoria centre car park is not too far.

Went here to watch Killers of the Harvest moon. It was a really long film but worth the watch. We took a small picnic with us because the 3.5 hours was quite a film. The only snag in room 6 was the heating, or lack of heating. I had to use my coat to keep me warm but many others in the cinema complained to the management. It was a shame it was so very cold there. That didn't stop us enjoying the recliner chairs we had and we snuggled together to keep warm while we were relaxing and enjoying the film.

Was told by the member of staff at the kiosk it's fine to bring my newborn son into the film but not the pushchair they'd look after it in the back. Paid for the tickets gone to go into the screen been told by a different member of staff my son's not allowed in and because I paid on the self checkout touch screens not even been given a refund wasted £16 thanks so much.
