What a great service. Contacted company via email with a query. Contacted back by Steve who was so helpful and polite. He was very informative about our awning and straight away was able to tell me the part I needed. He processed my new order whilst on the phone. Thanks to Steve at Perfect Awnings for sending out a Thule sticker to cover minor damage to my awning lead rail. I'd struggled to find a solution but Steve was brilliant in quickly sending out a sticker -free of charge -which will do the job nicely . Thanks and will definitely use again based upon this excellent service.
