Nexus run the Metro and is managed really well Metros are clean and a great way to explore the north east. One of the greatest advancement is being able to pay with debit or credit card and now even the trains display where you are inside the trains great

Why has the Transfer ticket got a 90 minute time limit? With the state of the service sometimes it can takes 90 mins from one end of the metro to the other..I have literally just been stopped from boarding a bus because the time ran out on my ticket by 5 minutes, am I the only person who never knew a transfer had a time limit?The bus driver is lucky I had other means to pay or I'd of just sat down and waited to be removed, I won't be buying another transfer ever or be traveling on the Metro in the future unless some sort of information is either uploaded to the metro machines to explain the time limit or it is stamped on the ticket.Absolutely shocking, If this had of been my teenage daughter trying to get home and that same bus driver wouldn't allow it, I'd wait at the stop near my house and drag him out of his cab!You NEED to add the information for customers to clearly see and not be told half way through their journey that they can't travel..I actually write blogs for certain people, I will be adding the fact that Nexus does not give passengers the correct information when using their services.I would love to add 'Kind regards but let's be honest I wont.Steve.

The bus driver refused to give me my money back when I was kicked off the bus. I was kicked off because I refused to sit down. There were no more available seats.

Absolute nightmare! Called to see if lost property had been handed in almost 2 weeks ago and had to leave a message with my details. Still waiting for a call back!!

Terrible. Don't bother getting a receipt when you top up your pop card as it proves nothing other than you have paid for something that you didn't get. Submitted a claim with the receipt attached and was informed they cannot find an error. Well I assured them and the office staff in the metro that my card did not update the office staff checked and agreed ? Seems simple I was due a refund apparently not. They are a law unto themselves

I called in to the travel shop on Jackson st Gateshead as I was told to do by the one stop shop after reading about the bus passes not being sent direct to my address about a fourtnight ago. I was then told it was not there and that the one stop shop were telling everybody a date witch to pick theirs up but not being able to back this up, why o why tell people to trail all the way to pick up passes that don't exist also the girl I spoke to at Jackson st seemed extatic to tell me this, as a retired manager myself with customer satisfaction paramount as far as im concerned both girls should at least be reperemanded and reminded there would be no need for them if not for us what a bunch of tossers

No response to my email regarding the disgusting state of Regent Centre Park and Ride stairwell. On entry there is a horrendous smell of urine and what could be pools on the floor.

Absolute shocking trains always delayed or not running, trains always dirty and under staffed never around unless you’ve got a problem with the ticket machine then they appear only interested in making money and not for the welfare of people travelling on it.

Called in late in the working day to for help to locate The Helix (N/cle Uni) for The Frederick Douglass event. Both Adam (reception) and Dionne (cleaning lady) spent some time trying to help me, using various means of obtaining info/help. A big thank you to you both; you are a credit to Nexus.
