Richard was very easy to work with. His communication is excellent. He was very helpful getting us over some pre-known challenges with the installation. Other companies I spoke to were going to just put up the units and leave us with some problems. We needed a bit more input and Richard was happy to sort them out, resulting in very happy clients. His rates are reasonable. He tidied up after himself. I recommend!

Extremely unhappy with the service we received from Richard. Rushed all the work we needed done. Left everything in a shambolic state even though he had time to clear the work areas and organize the parts and instructions for the Ikea pieces he decided to sit in his van outside the property waiting for the next piece of furniture to arrive. He also was trusted with the keys to the new property and insisted on leaving them outside under a pot while he went to get some lunch. Adamant I was unhappy with this reluctantly he agreed to get his lunch and return. General impression that he was unhappy to adhere to any of the work I wanted done. Making up reasons to do it his way. On leaving the work we’ve had to correct several problems including covering power points with secured furniture. Incorrect assembly of heavy duty bookshelves with selotape(which he lied saying that’s how they come) has now been confirmed by Ikea is not correct. We’ve also had to request the parts of some of the furniture that’s hasn’t been secured, almost as if he’d disposed of them to avoid completing the job. Even though we informed him of the issues he’s made no effort to correct them. There are several other issues including breaking a dining room unit on disassembly and then blaming on removal men and the unprofessional attitude from both him and his colleague.Would not recommend this service.

This is the second time I've used Richard. He works tirelessly and to such a high standard. On both occasions he has assembled all the Ikea furniture for a 4 and then a 5 bedroom house. Thank you Richard - looking forward to working with you again soon.

Richard and Ben have done two separate jobs for me - firstly the disassembly of a very large wardrobe by Richard, and secondly the reassembly of the same wardrobe by Richard and Ben. Both times Richard was friendly, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing - you can tell he is extremely clued up with what he does! For the disassembly, Richard was accompanied by his colleague Ben who was equally friendly, efficient and clued up with the job. Richard and Ben also carried my new chest of drawers upstairs for me with no hassle at all which was extremely helpful as I wouldn’t have been able to get it up the stairs on my own. Richard and Ben were also very clean and tidy - they both took their shoes off at the front door and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. I would highly recommend this company - they completed what would have been very stressful and virtually impossible jobs for me, and at very fair prices too. Thank you again!

Richard built my IKEA furniture with great speed and efficiency! He's also just a very lovely guy who really cares about doing his job right. I would definitely book him again if I order more furniture. Recommended.

Excellent Service. Work long hours and just dont have time to assemble IKEA furniture. Quick easy email communication and price was within budget. Strongreccomend for people who just dont have time . Saved me probably 2 weekends worth of work and had it done in 6 hrs....Thank youn Richard and team for a great service.

Excellent service! Initial response was v.quick, quote was fair & I was fitted in perfectly according to my timescale which was very short notice. Communication was excellent & job was done quickly & efficiently in a very friendly manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend highly 10/10 !
