Often the best priced for fuel in area, and super easy to return amazon goods here too. Staff helpful and you get served quickly

Pretty cheap fuel, and a good selection of unusual beers and ciders.But the staff (apart from a couple of good ones) are rude, unhelpful, and clearly not suited to a customer facing role.I avoid this garage just because of the staff.

Had the VERY unpleasant misfortune of encountering an absolute troll of a woman who works in this location, and has made it impossible for me to return.I have spent a lot of money in this garage in the past, it used to be manned by some lovely people but unfortunately that has all now changed.It started off by the people in front of me being declined their parcels to collect as the troll serving couldn’t be bothered to scan them in (they had travelled as they’d received an email saying it was ready for collection). she then started pointed at other members of staff saying they couldn’t do their jobs correctly (and mentioned the owner, which I was shocked at) I was next, and politely handed over my parcel for drop off. I was abruptly told NO we don’t accept this here, despite showing them the order confirmation that said this was indeed the right drop off point, and having spoken to a much more helpful cashier at the other Texaco in Melksham previously. The “woman” with red hair then intervened, not letting me get a word in age ways and being rude, aggressive and very unhelpful. I tried to speak but was repeatedly yelled at by this unusual looking “woman”. After back and forwards for a few moments I left and she continued screaming after me. I will be ensuring this is taken further.
