I recently lost my one car key and as a result contacted Devon Car Keys. Shortly after contacting them I was visited by Nigel who's service went way above and beyond the levels of service I've experienced from any business before. He doggedly tackled this highly complex task and am sure spent some extra hours of his own time in his relentless pursuit of solving and fixing the problem, which he did with flying colours. I would absolutely very strongly recommend Devon Car Keys if you are in a similar situation.

Devon Car Keys have just been round, because last night we snapped our only key in the car door. We broke it at 8pm last night, and by 10.30 this morning we’ve got a replacement and they’ve got the broken bit out of the door. Excellent service from start to finish, and a great price too! We’d definitely recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

What an absolutely outstanding company… Nigel came to my home address a couple of times and was faced with complex and difficult situation due to the age of my car. He was eventually joined by his son Abe and with dogged determination and a lot of problem solving they sorted out my problem… they would not have charged if they hadn’t. Son was away and I was tasked with picking his car up from a car park with the spare key. It wouldn't work, even with a new battery in it. With time ticking and me panicking, Devon car keys came to my rescue. Gave me advice over the phone, which worked a charm and I'm now home again with his car. Amazing helpful guys. Excellent free advice deserves an excellent review. Would recommend and definitely use again when needed.

My ignition switch packed up with no warning and Nigel came out a long way the next day and fixed it.It took him a while because it was a pig of a job and had seized solid, he kept at it until it was done and a beautiful job it was, new cylinder and two new keys so good to go for another 10 years.Nigel was more than punctual, diligent, contentious and courteous then left the job only after both keys tested and all was made good.I would use him again without hesitation.

He was really patient and helpful in understanding the problem and even connected me with an expert to look into the KVM issue on my car. I truly appreciated his assistance and the knowledge he shared. Highly recommended for his helpful and straightforward approach!
