I can't thank the ladies at Bridal Suite enough. Every visit to the shop I was put at ease and never felt any pressure to rush into a decision. I found my dream dress with them and couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you, I felt incredible!

Bridal Suite was the first shop I went to when I started looking for a dress and by the time I left, I’d found my dream dress!I was absolutely blown away by the whole experience! Alex, Chloe & Jane are the loveliest, most helpful ladies you could wishfor to help you find your perfect wedding dress. Nothing was too much trouble, their knowledge and advice was amazing and they make you feel like royalty during your appointments!My dress was absolutely beautiful, I had so many compliments on the day.I’m just very sad that I will never get to go in the gorgeous Bridal Suite again!Thank you so much ladies for all your help and kindness xxx

I cannot recommend The Bridal Suite highly enough!I had already been to quite a few places to look for my dress without finding anything I loved. I decided that the Bridal Suite was my last attempt before changing the style I was looking for. Chloe was so helpful in letting me know the prices of the dresses I’d picked out online so that I knew what was in my price range before I went for my appointment. My mum had come to all the previous appointments with me and this was by far our favourite experience. Chloe was so lovely throughout and made me feel completely at ease. I could genuinely have picked about 4 dresses, there was so much choice! We narrowed it down to two and Chloe encouraged me to go away and think about it. There was no pressure at all and she was so committed to helping me make the right decision. Every follow up appointment was so much fun and I’m glad that alterations were done in-house so I could keep coming back! I went to two of my fittings on my own and Chloe and Alex were amazing, making sure I was happy with everything and being so patient and helpful when I was trying to decide what length of veil to choose. They always had a smile on their face and were just as excited about the wedding as I was! I am so glad I found my dress at the Bridal Suite.

Even over a year after I got married I still remember how wonderful Alex and Chloe made me feel, they really want you to have the best bridal experience, absolutely zero pressure and so so helpful. After falling for my dream dress I then found out I was pregnant, Chloe and Alex went above and beyond to make sure I would still be able to wear my dream dress and feel amazing in it. Definitely the only place to go to get the best experience.

I got married a few months ago and proudly wore my dress which I purchased from Bridal Suite.From the moment I sent off my initial website enquiry back in August 2022, Alex came back to me almost immediately and her communication is always super efficient and speedy. She was friendly and helpful and I was over the moon when they had the dress that I initially enquired about in the shop for me to try.From the day I met Alex and her sister and her mum, they have been nothing but smiley, happy, helpful and just genuinely gorgeous humans.They made the entire experience so special; from trying on the various dresses, saying yes to the dress, going for fittings… nothing was too much trouble.I would recommend Bridal Suite in a heartbeat for anybody looking at getting married. Thank you guys for everything.

What an amazing experience it was going to the bridal suite. Chloe and Alex are such lovely kind souls and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I went back again and again and tried on countless dresses until finding the perfect one which I absolutely love. I can't thank Chloe and Alex enough for helping me find it. I loved going to visit the shop and wish I could do it all over again! It was all about the personal touches like putting on Taylor Swift on for me when I came for fittings. I can't recommend the bridal suite enough - you are all incredible at what you do and are the best people! xxx

I had an amazing time at the Bridal Suite! The experience was completely incomparable to other wedding dress shops we visited, Alex and Chloe consistently went above and beyond to make it special - being so patient and magic fitting dresses to see what they'd really look like! Could not recommend them more!!
