Alice was incredible throughout the entire rehab process post grade 2b MTJ groin strain, the phases were clearly defined using both subjective and objective markers. We used the Copenhagen protocol and my return to play a shared decision making process, my performance markers have been at pre injury levels and couldn’t be happier! thank you!

I've been to Alice for the past year with different injuries/niggles. She is fantastic at her job and is always very accommodating. She won't rest until she finds the root of the problem and will help you to understand why injuries/issues are happening.

Can't recommend Alice enough. I felt like she really listened to what was going on and she really thought about what I was saying to figure out my issue.I had a problem with my hip and knee, and when I was saying I couldn't feel the exercise working where I should, she spent so much time with me to make sure I was activating the area. I see such an improvement in the strength of my hips.

I have been to Alice with pulled hamstrings, snapping hips and shoulder problems. Everytime, Alice has been an absolute professional and got to the bottom of the issue and put a rehabilitation plan in place from the first visit. I would highly recommend Alice to anyone in need of a physiotherapist.

Would 100% recommended Alive Physio to anyone who is having any sort of pain or concerns. Alice is lovely, very knowledgeable and a great physio. Went with a pain in my shoulder and through her help and the rehab it has been sorted along with identifying what was the possible cause so I can manage and prevent issues in the future . The facilities are very new and parking is available opposite the building. If you have any pains or concerns I would recommend booking in sooner rather than later!

Top class service and information with top class facilities.The hot yoga has improved my flexibility, core strength, confidence and stillness week on week. The yoga teachers are passionate about what they do and you always leave the class feeling fantastic!I have attended Physio sessions with Alice herself and the wealth of knowledge she has about how the human body works and heals is incredible. The information is given in a practical, friendly and professional way.Alive Physio and Rehab is a fantastic place, full of passion for, and commitment to, overall wealth and wellbeing.
