I'd give them Zero stars if I could.... STAY AWAY from these cowboys. West Wales Catering Supplies supplied me with a DANGEROUS, illegally wired appliance which has been condemned at its first service 6 months after purchase. The appliance is dangerous to the point that after viewing photos of the way West Wales Catering Supplies supplied it, Trading Standards have asked me to keep it until their inspector has visited us.When I contacted these dishonest cowboys they sent me. a message saying its over 30 days old and is now not covered'. I've tried my best to explain to them I'm not worried about the money its the complete lack of safe working practices that is the worry. Its amazing no-one has been injured or worse..."

To be honest I'm sad I've had to give 1 star people please don't use she will waste your time. Rang them just Thursday before the bank holiday weekend we had a massive fridge we wanted to move on as no longer required so asked her if she would be interested yes she said offered me a decent price on the item just send me pics to my whaTs app OK so I took multiple pics and sent them this was the Friday Sunday sue viewed them that's fair enough it was bank holiday when I spoke to her Thursday I said to her if everyone was happy when could you collect she said same day so I thought OK should be fairly quick then I messaged her to say yes please can you collect. I rang her Tuesday lunchtime to confirm she said yes all Is good when I get back to the office at 4.30pm today I will give you a day and time. And that was the last I heard from her as a buisness we rely on these types of people well don't rely on this one there is a great guy in swanasea he is amazing
