I simply love the trips on the canal, every guide on the boats is different but you always learn something new. I have done these trips 4 times now and there are more to come

How is this man allowed to operate?!The other reviews say exactly the same about this disgusting human.How can you shout and swear at other canal users with paying customers on board is beyond me…Please take time to read other reviews…

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip my teenage grandaughters also enjoyed it. The man told us lots of interesting facts and was very enthusiastic about canal boating.

Delightful little tourist attraction, very nice and knowledgeable staff tour. If you are tall like me, then the seating is a little tight otherwise just great!

I really don't understand the terrible reviews!! I took my husband on the round trip from Camden and we enjoyed it. Ok the boat needs a little attention inside and the seats could be better but you're not on it that long anyway! We thought the guide was very knowledgeable and he spoke throughout the whole journey pointing things out to us along the way. We had no issues at all.

Don't use this company. Use Hidden Depths, Jason's, or any other that do not employ abusive drivers whose behaviour is in the gutter. Very rude and dangerous drivers who act like a cross between Toad of Toad Hall and Basil Fawlty on the waterways. The 'baby brains' (you know who you are) in the office who coordinate their rotten crew are no better. A disgusting company, and everyone else on the canal would breathe a sigh of relief at their demise.

The boat moves too quickly on the canal and scrapes along other boats, the driver is particulary rude and aggressive but to add insult to injury I watched him almost drown a person in a canoe. An appealing experience, if you love your life avoid at all cost!

The man operating this boat is absolutely vile and not even worthy of 1 star review. He is aggressive to anyone not on his boat. You could be using the canal minding your own business and this joker will deliberately speed at you, drive too fast into blind corners and blame you for being there. He swears and shouts completely unprovoked and is a disgusting individual. Many other boat operators I spoke to that day knew exactly who I was talking about. Avoid this company. Give your money to someone else. Please!

Thoroughly recommend this trip, the people were so lovely. The commentary was very good and had the perfect balance of history and trivia. Saw some beautiful homes and little Venice which was a part of London I had never seen before. Loved it.

Unfortunately we spoke with two members of staff and had terrible interactions with them both. The first was the shouting, aggressive driver who went past our boats whilst we were waiting on the Lock Landing for the lock - he didn't acknowledge we were on the signed Lock Landing area and screamed at us for not being in the queue. For someone who has 30 years of experience, a fact he shouted at us frequently, he should know WHY we were on the Lock Landing. The boat who went past us, before the Jenny Wren boat appeared, knew to ask and we kindly let him go before us. But boy we wish we went before him to not have had to deal with Jenny Wren.The second was the blonde female worker, who insulted me when I asked how to get out of the lock area because the gates were chained and locked. She told me, to use the gates and to use my baby brain to figure it out". Wow
