Three separate occasions in 2019, Tower not bothered to reply to my website enquiries - and promptly bought elsewhere via mail order with free postage. Good that Tower is doing so well with Amazon and other online retailers dominating the market. Will not bother with Tower again.

Shocked that I go in the shop to buy a decent amount of raw dog food to be told the promotional advert they are displaying at eye level doesn’t countI asked why are you displaying it ? The man said we haven’t got round to taking the sign downAvoid this shop if you don’t like being taken for a ride

Small store stocking pet products (food, clothing, bedding, toys, treats). It's ok, but not a huge range, but some recognisable brands. Prices are reasonable
