Ordered a pump to replace a broken one. They sent the wrong product. The product sent was not compatible. Unable to contact the company via their website (no reply from the contact form). Eventually got through on the phone only to be told that this was 'our mistake' and we had to pay the return costs. Will not be using them again, and would warn anyone else not to either.

Delighted with our water fountain - arrived carefully packed with clear instructions. Easy to assemble and operate; looking great and working well so far! Company was very poor at answering emails (not at all) and telephone (slowly), but there is a pandemic disclaimer on the website, so expected I'd have to be persistent... and glad I was!

I ordered a water feature, with 4 bowls, from this company, which was well packed and appeared to be exactly as it looked when it arrived. However when I put it together I saw that the third bowl had a hole in the centre which meant that the water would not flow into the final bowl, but back into the reservoir. There was also a small square piece of glass with no instructions as to where it should go. I sent an email to Outdoor Living, early afternoon, telling them the problem and saying I had taken photos if needed. Almost immediately I received a request from Steff to send the photos. I did this first thing the next day and by the end of that day I received a message telling me how the glass was meant to be used and that their supplier had said the hole was a manufacturing fault and a new bowl was being despatched to me and due to arrive the following day. This it did and is perfect. Communication was excellent, speedy and efficient service. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again.

I wish I’d read the reviews! I’ve emailed and phoned for over a month now, even tried all the extensions thinking at least there would be someone I could talk to in accounts, but no. I’ve no idea if my water feature works as I need an extreme ion lead, which I thought would be easy!!

Rubbish company ordered pump for water feature in September when it came was wrong one so returned it for refund. What a joke! I have just received 3 months later, it involved numerous phone calls of which you can no longer do! Several emails all of which they say will be answered in 24 hrs, never happened. My daughter then emailed 2 weeks ago and told them in no uncertain terms to train their staff how to answer and send emails! Will never order from them again. So people beware. Terrible company.

Scam company. Do not order from them. Delivered a faulty fountain to me, and like all other reviewers, was not able to reach them over phone and email.Sent 10 emails, and called their number over 3 weeks, and got no reply.Sent through a Visa chargeback, and they suddenly replied to visa, to reject my claim. Going through trading standards now, and will be taking them to small claims court. Can't wait to see them again at the next garden show I go to.

I bought a water feature 2 years ago and have had lots of problems with the solar panel and pump. At first they were helpful but now they don't answer the phone, reply to e-mails, or answer the mobile number I was given via a Facebook Private Message. I think they take orders with no guarantee of when the items will be in the UK from overseas (I waited 2-3 months in 2021). Don't do business with them. I only gave them one star because I couldn't post without any stars! Update: we finally got the water feature working again, with NO HELP from Outdoor Living. Seems they sent us the wrong connector for the replacement pump. Apparently they have one girl answering the phone 9am - 1pm and she spends the afternoon trying to get through e-mails. From our experience no-one answers the phone, and you'll be extremely lucky if you get a reply to your e-mails. Avoid this company, it's run on a shoestring.

Purchased the Arlington Ribbed Oval Contemporary Solar Water Feature in memory of my dad for my mom..pump isnt strong enough to pump to top whilst the bottom one is working ..no reducer sent. Could not connect pum as the pipe was wrong size for pump (rectified)..bitterly dissapointed as this was supposed to be in memory of my dad

Purchased from this company’s a water feature that was meant for a memorial, when it arrived on opening the box finding the item broken as it was too late to order a replacement I had to go and buy one from a garden centre phoned the company up to get a refund and a return. Promise after promise they were going to collect and refund my money ( big joke that turned out to be ) now they are telling me they don’t give refunds they will replace it at my expense I have several emails from them saying different things that never happened, please stay away from this company they only want your money they don’t care about the customer if a minus star was available that is what they would get
