An Oasis of calm, peace and tranquility. Wonderful teachers, lots of yoga classes in many different styles. I regularly facilitate Sound Baths at Yoga Reading and the place is welcoming, spacious and airy with lots of free parking. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Yoga Reading for around a year and cannot recommend them enough. All of the instructors are so friendly and helpful. Everyone is made to feel welcome. I have felt and seen a great improvement in my postures since going. If you are looking to try a class give them a go

I first attended Katia’s Yin Yoga class at my place of work in 2018. One day Katia told me about Yoga Reading, and I was delighted to switch to her class there.Katia and her team have created a beautiful, light, tranquil space. People are able to attend classes at the studio or stream live from the comfort of their home. Personally, I love doing Yoga in the studio because I don’t have much space at home, and it makes me feel more connected with the people around me.Katia and her fellow teachers are exceptionally engaged and creative, and offer a wide range of exciting and fun classes, so there is something for everyone and for every level of ability and age group. From time to time, Yoga Reading also offer workshops with guest teachers on a wide variety of relevant topics, and I hear that their Yoga retreats are very popular. Yoga Reading have a fab website, and booking is easy. They even offer gift certificates. The Yoga Reading studio is easily accessible and there is plenty of free parking available. The teachers are professional, experienced, approachable and friendly. They make an effort to get to know every one of their clients, which is great for the personal touch and enables teachers to offer advice on how to adjust poses according to people’s individual needs. I love that the teachers are down to earth and don’t take themselves too seriously.I chose Katia’s Yin Yoga class on a Friday evening because I have health issues which make movement and exercise difficult for me. This class is hugely popular and is attended by all age groups. Katia’s Yin class helps people to de-stress and slow down after a hectic week, easing people into their weekend. I always feel calmer, more relaxed, happier, and more like myself after one of these classes. Often, Yin Yoga also helps me with pain. Best of all, I love that Katia always offers alternatives for each pose. This means that people with injuries and mobility issues are able to participate in poses and get the benefits. Lately, Katia has started to share her Yin class with another – equally talented – teacher, and I love both of their styles and the variety this offers. My review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the delicious new heaters Katia had installed in the studio. I really feel the cold, especially during resting poses, and the heaters make me feel warm, cozy, and nurtured. Warmth help me to relax the muscles in my body, and this reduces pain.I whole-heartedly recommend Yoga Reading – keep up the good work! :-)

I've tried quite a few different yoga classes in my life but nothing compared to Yoga Reading. Classes are of such high level that you leave stress at the door, and after an amazing practice, you'll have your mind at ease and your body warmed up, as a good mind & body exercise should do. Everyone is treated as an individual, having your personal boundaries respected by teachers, but without exclusions regarding different levels in class. You will see your practice developing earlier than expected, thanks to these amazing teachers.

I was hired to take some headshots and branding photography for Katia and Sophie, I was stunned at the range of classes they offered and found professionalism of their business refreshing. The information on their classes is easy to find on their website, so not wasting time asking questions over messenger. The parking was easy and the studio was beautifully clean, they understood and adhered to the covid rules. I would recommend their business 100%

I have been a member of yoga Reading for well over a year now and it was the best decision i have made. The range of different classes and styles allow me to include yoga into my busy work schedule which has had an amazing impact on my body and mind, on and off the mat. Every teacher is professional and always make classes fun and interactive. It always feels good when in class to be around like minded people who share the same passion.

I've been attending a range of classes with Yoga Reading for a good few years and they are absolutely the best. Skilled, knowledgeable and encouraging teachers that get to know each student and work with us to ensure we get the most from our practice - and enjoy it! Yoga Reading is more than classes - they have created a community of lovely people, hosting workshops and free events that are inclusive for everyone: they actively challenge the media image of yoga only being for beautiful, bendy people in expensive kit! (Fortunately for me!)

I’ve been going to classes at Yoga Reading since (approx) January 2019. They studio is great, especially after the recent refurb and the instructors are brilliant - they’re really knowledgeable and approachable. Yoga Reading is doing well with the classes and workshops they offer and generally it’s a great space to be able to move in

Great community, very inclusive, and good value. I’ve been going to classes for a few years now, and attend a variety of classes both on zoom and in person. The monthly membership works out as great value if you go to more than one class a week. I have an ongoing injury and the teachers are very good at helping me to adapt my practice to avoid pain, and strengthen. The classes are fun and it’s great to see all ages and genders attending. I particularly appreciate the gentle and mellow classes which are great for mobility and functional fitness. Thanks to Katia, Helen, Karen and all the teachers.
