Having read prev reviews, my experience of DAB was that I phoned the company & was offered various appointments. Decided on a convenient date & early on that day received a call, giving an 11 to 1 time slot. Engineer arrived very promptly a little before 11am. Was very courteous & carried out the required work very quickly without fuss, for a reasonable charge. Provided components used last well, on first impression I can't fault this company, would certainly consider using them again.

Great service. I've used DAB many times and found them helpful, friendly, efficient and very competitive. Would recommend them highly.

I work for a letting agents and have to get appliances repaired for rental flats, each time I have used DAB they have been very polite to the tenants with time slots and resolved all the issues, all prices have been very reasonable too. Will definitely continue to use.

Terribly disappointed. Told a friend they would be with him between 9-11am. My friends and I placed bets to see who would have the correct time when he then received a new text telling him the engineer would arrive between 11-1.Therefore, all bets are off!

Door not opening on integrated washer dryer. Quick response to email, replacement part ordered and fitting time and date arranged. Price to supply and fit quoted. Arrived at agreed time and fitted replacement and explained what was being done. Price charged was the price quoted, very tidy workmanship. Would use again and would recommend.
