Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Brighouse

First time using this branch - the process was pretty smooth, i had an appointment with an optician who was very friendly and professional, gave me some clear ands straightforward advice and information which i appreciated. I had a couple of examinations from the assistants so i wasn't waiting around too long to be dealt with.I spoke to Kyle to get some help and information on frames and options and he was incredibly helpful and patient with me - he gave me some great advice on what i needed and wasn't pushy, so i'm very glad he was there to help.Overall i'm really pleased with the service (especially Kyle, who i would say is a credit to this branch), but my only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the place looked messy - chipped tables, dirty carpets and poor lighting made it a very dark waiting area.

Great experience visiting here. The staff are super friendly, informative and polite. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided to me and as a result I have persuaded my family to switch to this opticians too.

Fabulous store, plenty of parking nearby. The staff were ever so polite and professional. My sight test was quick and comfortable and was explained clearly to me. Highly recommend this store. Everyone was pleasant. The store was clean and tidy.

Went for eye test and had photo done at same time. They found something on photo and told me they would refer me to the hospital, which they did. Got appointment the following week. All sorted now and went back to get my new glasses. They were very helpful.

Very pleased with everything. My new spectacles are just fine. Kyle was a great help in choosing the right frames.

I go to Specsavers in Brighouse for the convenience but this is the last time!How is it that 2 pairs of glasses are NEVER the sameFor several years after collecting my glasses I find that the vision is wrong in one or both pairsHow difficult can it be to get the prescription right ?I have made the mistake of ordering again and need to return one pair that was so different that I had a severe headacheThe assistant said to give them a while but there’s no way they are ever going to be suitableThe staff are always nice but something is seriously wrong with the manufacturing side !

Attended appointment with my daughter. Very busy and not enough staff. Daughter was told she needed glasses, no assistance in choosing frames. Chose 2 pairs, went to pay and told to collect them a week later. Daughter went to collect and was given a single pair. I called to query and was told they only had 1 pair down. Its buy 1 get 1 free who would ever choose 1? Now I have to go back to get my free pair choosing frame again. Then wait another week for the collection. Ok accidents happen but very poor service.

Very quick service. Good choice of glasses. Friendly and attentive staff. I would recommend.

Michael went to specsavers brighouseWhat a fantastic teamHad to go back as glasses even though he needed stronger ones and not as strong as needed were to strong for eyesHe had a second eye test optician who tested his eyes was great explained all about operation need on eyes everything in detail was so patient and nice with us bothWhen we went to get new lenses they had not only replaced lenses but complete new frames at no cost to usYoung lad (I call him young lad as he's only 26) who fitted Michael with new frames is one of best talked for ages made us feel so comftableI don't usually give reviews but the lads at specsavers brighouse are brilliantIf could give 10 stars I wouldThankyou for making experience at optician great and Michael will see you soon
