ProPups - Dog Training Cardiff

I attended Tamara’s puppy classes with my 12 week old lab. Tamara was brilliant, so welcoming from day one which put me and my puppy at ease. Tamara made the classes fun but extremely informative and always gave us tasks to work on at home! You can tell Tamara is extremely passionate about her work and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these puppy classes, they’re worth every single penny!

We took our black Labrador puppy to Propups puppy classes. We not only thoroughly enjoyed the classes but felt they gave us the tools we need to raise Rosie correctly. It was also great to be able to get advice and support from the trainers during the class on other issues we were experiencing. We will be signing up for graduate classes to continue the learning!

Tamara is amazing with all the dogs, and they all love her. We completed our first puppy class over Zoom due to the lockdown in March and completed our graduate class in between various local and national lockdowns, to great success. Our puppy also spent several days at daycare which he thoroughly enjoyed and enabled him to socialise safely. Tamara has been so professional and flexible the entire year.We highly recommend ProPups.

We’ve really enjoyed our experience with ProPups. Initially we had a one on one session to assess our dogs needs and since have been going to weekly dog obedience classes. We wanted to work on our dogs recall, lead walking and general control. Tamara has given us several tips and tricks to on how to accomplish this and this has enabled us to train our dog successfully. We have found it beneficial to attend classes and it’s useful to see how other owner are getting on training their dogs too. The classes are varied, fun and enjoyable and have made a big difference to our dog. Thanks a lot Tamara!

I would recommend ProPups without hesitation. Tamara is a brilliant trainer, and we’ve learned a great deal from her, not only puppy training techniques, but how to communicate positively with your dog and strengthen the bond between you. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of canine behaviour, so stresses the importance of enrichment, mental stimulation and an excellent diet for your pet. Our puppy has made huge progress, both in the weekly classes and during residential training with ProPups. He wouldn’t be doing half as well without their expertise. We’re relieved they offer this excellent service and are looking forward to continuing with the classes.

I could honestly not recommend Tamara higher to anyone looking for a dog trainer in South Wales. I moved to South Wales with a 16 week old dachshund puppy who had been having some puppy classes at my previous address however these were nothing compared to the classes I had with him at propups.The classes are all based on positive reinforcement and Tamara is super knowledgable and able to help with any questions we had. The difference she made with our puppy was huge and family/friends always comment on how well trained he is which is no doubt due to propups classes.We did the puppy class package with propups alongside leaving him with propups for a half day daycare to help get him socialised (my puppy LOVED Tamara so she clearly looked after him fantastically). Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a dog trainer(Bonus Photos of the puppy in question included)
