My son got me the crunchie cheesecake, it looked and sounded delicious!It was the worst cheesecake I’ve ever tasted. The biscuit bottom was not a crunch biscuit base but soft like cake and tasted stale! The cheesecake bit itself was bland no flavour and it wasn’t fresh, the edges was rubbery.The topping was ok but couldn’t find any crunchie just a toffee sauce and chocolate bits and if there was a full teaspoon of topping I would be exaggerating.Wasted £6.

First of all. Useless customer service kept putting the phone down on us. Then our order was an hour and a half late! And then when arrived tried delivering to the wrong adress and was freezing cold and rock solid.

Better off going to Rassams or Heavenly Desserts. SnowCream are crying because I got refunded and apparently it has made a huge impact on their business. They don’t know how to talk and deal with complaints. Now let’s see how they respond to this review!I tried reordering and they would just decline the order even though it’s £30-£45 . So in this case I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dessert bar or whatever it is.Save the trouble and order from somewhere else.

Although the desserts are nice, I have ordered from snow cream many times and every time they have made a mistake on my order! The food is nice though, would recommend.

Best cookie dough in Sheffield, and worst customer service. Rang them around 5-6 times and they did pick up over the course of 30 minutes. They haven’t updated the order and if it does come it will likely be freezing cold.

Absolutely gorgeous milkshakes and sundaes. Incredible ice cream, lovely kinder-ish flavours and decent prices. Great service as usual, the places looks clean and love the opening hours.

Absolutely Amazing!!! There are many dessert parlours in Sheffield but you really can Taste the difference" in the desserts from Snow Cream. Their cookie dough is really nice and tastes freshly baked unlike the soft gooey ones from most other places. I have tried a few different ones but their crazy cookie dough is my favourite. Their waffles are also really nice and I must say

We have ordered from here for years. Favourite cookie dough in Sheffield!! :D had lotus cookie dough every single time. Got it recently though and it was abit different ? I always get extra sauce and large, and it was just not the same as usual - not any bigger, not as much sauce and no biscuit:o !! . Will order again of course, hopefully it will be SAAUCEYYY !! 5/5 STILL !!!

Ordered an £8 fondue set and received what looked like two large strawberries cut into tiny segments, a barely filled pot of chocolate sauce, 2 pieces of brownie finely chopped up, and two pathetic pots of melon this would’ve cost about £4 at AsdaWe ordered a fudge cake which was replaced with a brownie without telling us first (my partner has a severe nut allergy) so he can’t eat the food incase if a reaction. Spoke to the worker and didn’t provide us with any help what so ever disappointing tbhCost me £13 and wasn’t worth the money
