Today I had a walk in wet cut and blow dry and I'm so happy with the result. I just wanted a trim as I'm growing my hair out and had some face framing layers and my hair looks and feels amazing, I will definitely be returning in the future.Some hairdressers cut so much off your ends even though you tell them you don't want much off, but the lovely hairdresser here did exactly what I asked for and just got rid of the dry ends! My hair looks a lothealthier and she was so friendly.

Had my haircut done and completely different to what i showed the stylist. I complained at time it was uneven but she didn’t speak english Neither she understood or I understood her. Hair Choppy, Uneven. Absolutely hate my hair. Definitely do not recommend.

Such a waste of a salon this is. I had a haircut from a lady there, just a straight dry cut, haven’t done a proper job at all, I still have my long hair coming out from every corner. They charged me £22, I feel so stupid to go give my hair there, I went in to ask my refund, they can’t refund me it seems and asking me to drop an email to the owner, when the owner itself is talking to me, she is Moona, I spoke to her. I had my graduation plus my vacation my hair was cut in a very improper way, I should have gone into my usual stylist, he wasn’t available last min he just charge me the exact amount but what a service. Please do not go and have a hair cut or anything done in this salon, staff in here does not understand English, I had my hair cut on November 9th and one of their staff trying hard to explain in English saying it’s too late for me to have the refund. Can see why they have their salon in that galleries now. Utter waste of money, I have never left any review on anyone even though I had bad service but this was beyond disappointing, I can’t bare it my hair style is evrything and that’s what makes my face look good. Think 100 times before you go into this salon please. I cannot take pics of the back side. However, I have attached the side part of it.

I went in for a wash, cut and blow dry today and the finished look was amazing! Absolutely amazing customer service. I am very happy with my haircut! Will definitely come again☺️

The woman who threaded my brows has taken off the whole side of one of my brows and left then looking sparse and bold. I’m so unhappy with them. I look like I have no eyebrows now.The reason I didn’t say anything about the eyebrow threading at the time as I have very poor eyesight and anxiety. But when I got home, I inspected them I noticed how much hair was taken off.Even my friend was shocked how bold my brows were after the threading.And if I did mention this while I was in the salon what could of been done??? Could she stick my eyebrows back on

I have been to this place several times for eyebrow threading and eyelash extensions.Eyebrow threading is good but it is almost impossible to get regular eyelash appointments due to repeated cancellations from the salon.

I went for a haircut here recently but was disappointed with the staff from the time I booked the appointment to the haircut itself. They were rude and very blunt when I inquired about getting an appointment and overall gave an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. When I asked for a particular cut, the hairdresser ignored what I wanted for the most part and did what she thought best. She also styled my curly hair quite frizzy. I did enjoy the wash, it was done well and the products smelt very pleasant. I paid £30 for a wash and cut that lasted 20 minutes when all the cuts in other salons I’ve been to have lasted at least an hour (due to my thick hair). Wouldn’t recommend highly, my hair doesn’t look bad it’s just not how I wanted.

Poor customer service and unfriendly atmosphere. I asked for a wolf cut and showed photos but was disappointed in the result, the layers were choppy and looked nothing like I asked. I decided just to leave it because I felt uncomfortable in raising a concern. Would not recommend them.Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Had my haircut here just now and I am absolutely in love with it! I didn’t really know what I wanted but the hairdresser managed to figure out exactly what I wanted and now my hair has more volume and will grow back healthier :)

Went in with my friend. Showed them the picture but all they did was shortend my hair length. Told them to do curtain bangs with layers but it was really worst. The way the stylist was cutting my hair it looked like something that i can even do at my own house. Worst decision ever. Couldn’t say anything since i was busy when i was there but when I returned back home my hair looked worst. Told the stylist to blow dry my hair I didn’t felt like she did it properly. They charged 30£ for ruining my hair.
