Lovely pub friendly staff, sadly the food was poor the chef should go to the Carrabian and try their food perhaps then he could try cooking it. Awful food.The room 7 was small and the mattresses were thin and old you could feel the springs in your back.

Lovely pub in a quiet rural location. Rooms spacious and clean. Great selection of beers. Steak Cooke to perfection.

We booked this hotel for 1 night before our early morning flight from Luton Airport . The food was nice from the restaurant. The noise that came from downstairs while we tried to sleep was awful they had a party on. Didn't go off until midnight doesn't help when you need to get up at 3am for a flight. Would never stay back at this property and dont recommend to others who are using the airport.

Loved this place. Very well placed for the Airport and a great atmosphere. Nice food but the only downside was there was no breakfast although it was clearly advertised in the publicity.

Can't rate rooms as didn't stay here....bit of a mission down windy lane, but it's set in a quaint village which was nice..wasn't overly impressed with hot dog sausages..sorry but they didn't taste meaty and had no flavour nor hubby's burger....would rather have smaller and quality sorry

Reasonable place for family. Small, clean and tidy room and bathroom. Tea, coffee, kettle, hair dryer, bathroom soap, towels provided. They are clean.Comes with some cons like steps, NO LIFT.Narrow steps, pathways, turns, old type but good.

We stay here every year before flying from Luton Airport, Rooms are basic but more than adequate for a single night stay unfortunately this year we were in room 9 which seemed to be above the kitchen extraction (not that it was noisy at all) but the room does smell strongly of greasy fried food which wasn't great, but otherwise we love our stay here over past years and will be back again next year!

Not great, woman behind the bar felt the need to swear like a trooper in front of families eating, the room was very clean but very small and very cold. There was a private party that was still going on at 6.30am Sunday morning, so we left at that time.
