Small House Laundry

Hi I must say this place and the level of customer service is the very best, husbands and wife work very hard- including collection of domestic washing/drying.Their service is so good, this one day on a Sunday when they was closed I arrived without knowing they was close Sam the the Owner came an open up the shop for me just 30 mins whilst I dried my clothes-If that’s not exceptional customer service I don’t know what is-Prices are very good and they are the kindest people ever.Recommend for any use commercial and domestic.ThanksDerris A.

Each week the launderette collects our washing, carefully washes, irons and returns it too us. This is all done with 24 hours. There costs are also very reasonable for the amount we send each week.We couldn't have asked for a better service.

Regularly do my wash and dry here and can't fault it. It's always very clean and the prices are very reasonable compared to the other places locally. Everything is coin operated but you can ask for change there. There is a machine that dispenses detergent but I always bring my own. There are 3 regular washers and 3 dryers and then a big duvet sized washer and dryer. Always nice to have a chat with Sam.

We just visited the small house laundry . With some emergency loads of drying todo. The lady owner was very nice indeed she managed to do a bit of swapping about for us so we could use the bigger dryer . So customer service in my eyes is 5 star . Once inside you can see that hygiene is taken very seriously the place was spotless . So I think this will be a regular place to do our laundry now .

Very friendly and very helpful. My drier had broken down and I am unfamiliar with how a launderette works. The owner made it a seamless experience for me. Highly Recommended!

Started to use this small business a few months ago. Great service, staff are very friendly and always willing to help and flex on the service. Best part of the week when everything is delivered with a smile looking like new.Definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend small house laundry enough. The service they offer is great, they are very good value for money and the drop off and collection is fantastic. Sam is the loveliest man who I genuinely look forward to seeing each week. He is always so polite and always has a smile on his face. I can honestly say my business would not run half as smoothly without small house laundry. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic laundrette with a 5 star service.

Fantastic service - laundry collected, washed and dried, and returned within a few hours.A great way of getting your laundry done hassle free - perfect for boaters as the laundry can be picked up from one local mooring and delivered to another. What better than cruising, knowing your laundry is being done for you, and that it will be delivered to your destination once you have moored up!

VERY expensive! 4 carrier bags ( not full) - £60!I have had my laundry Service Washed at many different laundrettes over the last 2 years.The cost for 4 bags is always between £20 -25.To charge 3 times the usual price is excessive and not a fair or just price.Before leaving my washing, I asked for an estimated cost. I was told £15 -20. I was NOT told this was A BAG.I was NOT told the total cost would be £60.Obviously, I would NOT have left my washing with Small House Laundry if I was advised of this.When I received a text telling me my washing was ready and the cost was £60, I telephoned to query the price as it was excessive. I was told that if I wanted to query it further, she would get her husband to speak to me. No doubt, to yell at me.Clear intimidation.The wash itself was standard, nothing special. The cost however, was exorbitant!Do not use unless you want to pay way over the odds.
