Everyone I speak to about this place says the same thing, that the staff (the man at the front desk) were so rude they walked out and didn’t bother using them. Which is exactly what happened to me. I’ve been in multiple times over the last couple of years since we bought our house and everytime I walk out, getting nowhere. The woman who works there is lovely, the American man at reception is rude and condescending. Go to A Flooring Boutique up the road, they’re lovely, and don’t ignore you when you walk in or make the process of getting a quote feel like they’re doing you a favour.

Oli was lovely, super clean, quick, considerate and helpful - and even took in our washing for us one day when it started pouring!

We had Joe, Olly and James come to sand and restore our original pine boards in two bedrooms and the hallway landing. They did a fantastic job and we're really pleased with the results showing the floors original warmth and character. They're easygoing, polite, had great communication and were quick to respond and fix small issues with our flooring that they uncovered. Really appreciated their advice as well as they really know their craft. I strongly recommend their services to anyone looking to restore their old original boards and give them new life.

Had a really good experience with Lordship Flooring recently. They put in our carpet including a stair runner a decade ago. It’s aged really well, and we just needed to patch up one part of the stairs which is heavily used so had worn through in a few places. The line was discontinued but Lordship sent their team over and they were able to make it as good as new with some off-cuts we had kept. I was impressed by how easy this was to arrange and how willing they were to send their team for a small job like this ten years after the original purchase. Great service - thanks guys!

Just had Alan and Steve finishing off three days of incredibly-high quality work, installing engineered wood across hallways, stairs and the lounge.I've used LFC before, and was impressed with their carpet work then, but the wood-installation pair have left us with the most incredible new floor. Hard working, incredibly friendly and clearly experts in their field, we will have no hesitation in getting them in when we do the next room!

I’ve recently had my flooring completed by Lordship Flooring and found the whole process excellent from start to finish. I had a lot of questions where I was having a large space fitted so wanted it to be perfect, I found the staff in the shop to be very knowledgeable and felt comfortable with my decision. I have no hesitation in recommending Lordship Flooring. They have just done the flooring in our house from top to bottom in Easy Clean Sisal. I dithered for ages choosing the sisal but Arabella was so patient, and always a joy to work with - nothing was too much trouble - The Team of Fitters also did a fabulous job - the sisal looks amazing so thanks to Chris, Alan, Felix, Tom and James - they were all so polite and hardworking - if I could give Lordship 10 stars, I would.
