Excellent service from the staff at Nathan & Co , visited the store looking for Wedding Rings. Charlie was extremely helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Thank you 10/10

Going In too the Blackpool branch this afternoon to ask why a couple of things was missing from my layby and the attetude was awful they basically said I was lying when on the day I picked it up they gave me a bag with someone's else stuff which looked like a watch ,jewellery and a cs Lewis book which I pointed out that wasn't mine so that being dishonest is it ,so I think that's what's happened to my items just so bad avoid them at all cost I'm reporting this too trading standards all I wanted was a sorry but now no

... staff knowledge interest of item history could be better. Service history required when investing in significant purchase..

Bought a couple of watches here. A couple of Pandora bits off the same girl. Maybe the older lady was slightly rude as she was very abruptly talked to. But in all circumstances had a decent buying experience. Looking to go in next few weeks to sort some phones out. Not bad shop

The manager Chris is absolutely disgusting with attitude his words is he didn't give a s••t about our reviews. And the attitude towards woman is very sour. Don't use them .

Went to Nathans to get an engagement ring. McKenzie was super helpful, she gave us some really good advice. Adele, went above and beyond being helpful too. We would highly recommend this shop. I absolutely love my princess cut ring. Good prices too and lots of choices. Thank you so much ladies for making the experience a really good and positive one, and thank you so much for all your help... xx

I'd give this zero stars if I could, I very rarely leave reviews. However, I thought i'd leave a review so everyone can mark & avoid this shop.The woman who works on jewellery is the most uninformative & less talkative person i've met in my life. As soon as I entered I had to ask for her help as she was too busy messaging someone on facebook, when I asked her for the price of an item it was almost like I had forced her to do her job! She eventually told me the price, I asked if there's any room for negotiation she replied 'no' she then stated all the heavy gold items have been scraped at the bullion dealers, I then further asked her what price is she buying any gold at (I wanted a price for a bracelet & potentially a chain) and she said we wern't buying anymore, yet the window above where she works says 'buy & sell gold'.From looking at the other reviews left on google i'm not the only person to have a bad experience at this branch.Mark & avoid !

Bought a watch from here like brand new, enquired about a new tablet as well outstanding knowledge and great customer services from Chris and Charlie will definitely be using again.

Went to Nathan & Co yesterday to purchase a few items. Chris dealt with me and even though it was busy he managed to find the time to deal with multiple customers at once, giving each of us the attention we required. The process was quick and efficient considering everything I bought. Will definitely recommend and most certainly be going back if I need their services

They were unwilling to negotiate on an easy win win loan on some gold, i wanted to load 2500 on 3500 worth of gold and were not willing to negotiate on the monthly interest. I was forced to use UNBOLTED in london who charged me 3.30 % per month. less than half the fees they wanted.
