had new boiler fitted by Ben late June 2023. Very pleased with his approach to the job. His quote was very reasonable compared to others I obtained. On installing there was a roblen (not of Ben's making). This caused him to have to go shoppig to overcome the prolem. This added to the time he needed to get the boiler up and working. ben worked non stop to ensure he could get the boler fitted and water supply back on so that we had hot water that evening. He had a vey long day but insited on not leaving before we had a working system. Came back the following day to tidy up and finalise the work. Very pleased with the end result. He had fitted a combi boiler which increased the pressure on the hot water system thus causing a leak on my shower. Called Ben, he said no problem, and would call back that evening to fix that problem after he had finished at his current install. Fixed quickly knew instinctively what the problem was, no extra charge just wanted to be sure I was a satisfied customer. Pleasant attitude, happy to explain what he was doing, and why when the problem arose. Committed to completing the work that evening despite a late finish. will definitely use again. Great work ethic, great guy

Did the first fix of a new bathroom and then disappeared. He rarely answers the phone o reply to messages. He arrives late or not at all and his work is sometimes poor. The new plumber had to redo some of his pipe installations. Not recommended.

Ben has done a complete revamp of our bathroom and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. Nothing was too much trouble, he offered genuine advice and was always honest, he has worked until quite late each day to get the job done for us and he helped with us buying the necessary parts (he even came to a few shops with us so that we knew we were getting the right parts). We absolutely love the bathroom - he's done such an amazing job. Definitely the best we've ever had. We will recommend Ben in the future and his 5* service. Thanks Ben!

Boiler repair. F22 fault. He came out three times and three times it cost me. Three parts and labour. Still not sorted. Still the same fault on it. Text twice no reply. Do not trust Ben with your boiler!!!

Ben has helped us out several times, from catastrophic leaks in our bathroom to most recently a new Boiler installation.His work has always been top notch, great prices, and he’s friendly and honest every step of the way.He has also helped out by doing little extra fixes and jobs that are within his skillset, like sorting a leaking radiator and removing&capping an old gas fire, giving us advice on renovation work, suggesting other tradesmen if a job is out of his remit, and every time I’ve needed to get in touch he’s called back promptly and usually with good news!He is definitely my go-to tradesman when it comes to plumbing and heating, I highly recommend his work.

Absolutely fantastic service, had no heating and came late at night to install new boiler. Defiantly would recommend this service! Also offers scrap man to come pick up boiler free of charge.
