Can get most things in there now Dagenham eastway is no longer English finder shop by Andy for things what means that me going a long way out in our way and I am mobility scooter

B&M Home Store is a retail outlet that deals on wide range of household items with pocket friendly prices. Quality of their goods and customer services are very impressive. It is located at Merriland shopping complex about seven minutes walk from Dagenham Dock station and fifteen minutes walk from Dagenham Heathway Underground tube station, two minutes away from two bus stops around it.One of my favourite shops.

Great shop ,but I could not get what I wanted they do not stock flat sheets for single beds so I will not be going back until they do very disappointed.

Massive shop packed with goodies and the garden centre is well stocked and has a wide range of plants and flowers and they are cheaper than the big garden centres that are around and roughly the same size well worth a visit for all your garden needs

Sold me out of date product and refused to let me exchange it at first. Once exhanged I saw the guy put the out of code product back on the shelve and to top it off even the exhanged product turned out to be out of date!!! USELESS STAFF

They really need to sort there store out, aisle wrongly marked with hanging signs all over store.. tous aisle you will find all diy stuff.. Manager seriously need to get a grip

Always check the dates on food I got shawood popadoms on 11/12/2021 and when I got home the date on the packet had 09 September 2021 so was a few months out of date and your not meant to have things past a month date on the shelves. So by time I tried a-bit it was stale , luckily enough it wasn’t meat or cheese or milk. However did raise this with head office and they’d replied quickly understood where I was coming from and explained it shouldn’t of been on the shelve in the first place and gave me a voucher…. I will not be buying food from their and if I did I will be checking the date before I leave.

I go there all the time and usually it’s very good however this time I was served by a rude lady called Louise who seemed to have the attitude of a 13 year old. I bought a cutlery set and asked for ID which I don’t have and I understand the policy as I work In a pub myself. However the way she spoke to me was so condescending, my partner was there he witnessed it and so did another customer who commented to me outside about her rudeness. My partner commented to her saying he didn’t know that ID was needed to purchase a blunt cutlery set and she commented “well she should know the law” and gestured her head towards me. I also asked if I could have 2 bags twice to her which she ignored me as she was too busy talking to the lady behind her and I did not get my receipt when again I asked her?

I have no idea how this store managed to get four stars. It is without a doubt the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Unfortunately it’s my nearest store so sometimes I’m tempted to use it for convenience. Nothing convenient about this place. Nothing is priced, when I asked about this I was told that they’re constantly moving products and they’re not given the new prices. How ridiculous. How does this help us as the shopper? There is never a manager in store, I know because I’ve asked on numerous occasions. They won’t check stock for you if you can’t find what you’re looking for. They won’t check other stores for you either. ( this is not B&M policy as they informed me because I checked with customer service) More often than not they only have two tills out of six operating and the queues are the length of the shop. While waiting to pay for my purchases I noticed three people dump their goods and leave the shop because they didn’t want to wait in a queue that went on forever. They’ve always got two security guards on the door. Maybe they could till train them!!! The very best thing that can happen to this store is they close it down!!!!
