Time keeping is a bit poor. Always running late but vets are pleasant and helpful. Brenda on Reception has little patience unfortunately if you would like to ask questions.

Three consultations carried out about my concerns that my dog was losing rapid weight and had loss of appetite before they decided to initiate a blood test. The senior/Vet/Parter had lack of empathy and was very blunt and rude in her approach. Pet insurance will only be claimed directly from the vet if the costs go above £500 due to their policies. Some (not all) of the Reception staff are rude and would benefit with some intensive customer service training. My dog is now really poorly because they ignored my concerns and red flags. I would avoid this Vet if you want a professional service with empathy and understanding. Very money orientated and do not provide customers with policies before they engage in any form of treatment or medication.

Graham the vet was excellent with sound advice when he vetted my horse as part of sale agreement, he couldn't do enough to reassure me that foxy was the right horse for me, admin staff were also supportive, can't thank them enough for all their support - highly recommended

Worst vet I have ever used. My cat was sick for a year and a half. I took him in to this Vet every couple of months or so and they always told me something different or that he was fine. When I had to leave Newcastle, I went to another vet in Birmingham and they asked for my cat's records. Immediately they noticed he had been losing weight with every visit and diagnosed him with hyperthyroidism. A simple blood test was run and there it was, a diagnosis. After hundreds of pounds at this Blythman and partners, nothing was done, while another vet diagnosed my cat in a matter of minutes just by looking at his records. I suggest going to literally ANY other vet in Newcastle.

Very helpful for an emergency appointment at the weekend and gave us peace of mind about our dog

Price is reasonable and they do a full consultation on your pet and spend some time understanding their daily life style. This is a bonus as many vets ive been to just go by 10min slot or they be fast tracking it
