We stopped here for a meal and the food was fantastic. The fillet steak was delicious and one of the best steaks I've had for a while. The crispy pork crackling strips are definitely worth a go too! Nice choice of drinks in a warm atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Date night meal with the other half thought we'd try somewhere new and we were not dissapointed!Food was excellent! Highy recommend the scotch egg to start and the duck as main - absolutely delicious.Our waitress was fab! (Think her name was Poppy apologies if thats wrong!)All in all great evening and thoroughly enjoyed - next on our list to try the sunday roast!

Recently refurbished and beautifully decorated dining room within the pub. Food was awesome, steak and cheese pie was particularly memorable - delicious. In fact all the food was amazing. Service was super friendly. The young lady serving was really happy to engage with us, and the whole experience was just perfect. Definitely going again soon.

Popped by on our way home from Milton Keynes to get some lunch, and was initially worried when we realised it was a Sunday and we hadn't booked in advance. It was actually fine and we could sit in the bar side and still get food, so that was great. We got the sharing roast which was gigantic and great value for money, we couldn't finish it all despite our best efforts. The pork belly was the highlight and if we're ever back up this way on a Sunday, I'd definitely go for a full pork belly roast. Staff were friendly and attentive, toilets were clean, and as with many countryside pubs, The Dolphin is dog friendly - we enjoyed fussing a couple of dogs on the table next to us (with owner's permission).

I recently visited The Dolphin Pub for a meal, and my experience was very good. The restaurant was clean and tidy (no sticky tables), with comfortable seating. The service was good, and the waitress was courteous and polite. The prices for the dishes were reasonable. The parking lot was a reasonable size with adequate parking spaces. I would recommend the steak burger I had, it was absolutely delicious! Overall, I recommend The Dolphin Pub for a great dining experience. I will be back.

Eaten here twice and both times have been excellent. Food is incredible and service is faultless. Waitress we had was great with the kids. First time we had the beef wellington and it was amazing and second time was the steak which was cooked to perfection.

Amazing food and place. Was recommended this place and was not disappointed. We managed to get a table 10days in advance but can see why it's definitely a place to go.Great service with fabulous food and massive portions. Thankfully can box it up to go.Would definitely recommend this gem hidden in a small little country village.
