I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided at this establishment. The receptionist's attitude was shockingly discourteous and completely lacked the fundamental etiquette required for customer interaction. Despite my inquiry about a specific service, the conversation quickly turned unpleasant due to the receptionist's rude tone and line of questioning. It was evident that the staff was overwhelmed and incapable of managing customer inquiries effectively. To add to the frustration, they couldn't assist with the service I sought, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory experience. I strongly urge a thorough reevaluation of the front desk personnel to ensure a more welcoming and professional approach towards walk-in customers.

Great work on completion of my property purchase. Timely manner. I had just short of 2 months to complete due to other commitments, Sreekumar was able to complete it within 5 - 6 weeks. Definitely recommend the service.
