Great customer service!!!I recently set up my own company, working from home, and I needed a chair to complete my home office. I reviewed a couple of websites for used/recycled office equipment and found City Used Office Furniture the most appealing with a wide range of products, good descriptions and good prices. Submitted my request through the website noting that I should get a response within 24hr. Well, only a few minutes later Oliver called to say my request had been received, confirmed that there was no charge for delivery, that I could expect my chair to arrive the following week and when I was happy with all the details, completed the payment process over the phone. About an hour later, I received further email communication to confirm the day of delivery and that the driver would call me 30 minutes before arrival. Fantastic service, you have made one small business owner feel like a very valued customer. Highly recommend *****

After weeks of searching the web for suitable desks & chairs for my new home office, I eventually settled on City New & Used Office Furniture. First off, I was blown away by the choice online and also the price. I wanted to try out a couple of chairs before buying so went into the showroom. The staff were very helpful & I soon settled on what I wanted.Couldn't place the order at the time, so did that via e-mail. All went smoothly.Delivery was arranged easily and the guys that delivered the desk, chair & chest of drawers couldn't have been more helpful & courteous.Definitely the place to go for office furniture. Highly recommended

I bought a used Herman Miller Aeron Chair. Good as new, but a third of the price (plus free delivery and great customer service from Ollie). I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend this company.

Had been looking on various sites for a decent, second hand, chair for our home-office, but was having no luck. Came across City ' Office and found this great chair. Showroom had a good selection, which we could try and the two guys working there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Prices great too. Would make it my first port of call in future.

We have recently re-located our office and went to look at some options. The Team in Chester have been amazingly helpful, showing us loads of options and then delivering when we needed it, and now kitting out our home office from here as well. The furniture is always of great quality despite being second hand and above all the team are so exceptionally helpful, fitting multiple chairs into the boot of a car for example! This was my first visit. It was a little tricky to find as there was a wagon in front of the signage showing where the car park is. Once located, my experience was really positive. Supportive helpful & friendly staff & also an excellent range of furniture. Will definitely use again.
