Staff are friendly and helpful. I saw vet Rachel with my bunnies Poppy and Teddy and she really knows her bunny stuff, and I felt my bunnies were absolutely in the right hands. She explained everything she was doing as she did it, and advice given made total sense and was clearly motivated by care for my bunnies' health. They both passed their 10th birthdays in February, which is in no small part due to the excellent care received at Medivet.

My cat does not like the vets. Having been at this vet for a few years now, the professional care here puts me at ease knowing they know how to manage her.During covid, I had an emergency and they were able to advise how to proceed and see the cat with recommended treatment.I continue to use this vet for my cat check ups, easy to book appointment and clear process to hand cat over outside. Always informed of any concerns or things to keep an eye on and all information explained well ensuring I understand the health of my cat.Thank you.

Considering the circumstances it was a very enjoyable visit. I have owned or lived with dogs for over 60 years and have met good and bad vets. Without even going inside your building I can tell that yours is first class. The way in which the vet (Adriana) claimed my puppy down before even entering the surgery was fantastic - I and my puppy look forward to our next visit.

WOW! I am so shocked at how quick and good I received great customer service from a lady Linda! Picked up the phone straight away,Thankyou so much for putting my mind at ease when my dog is poorly, got a booking straight away for my dog to be seen and Linda was very customer orientated and I can tell she goes above and beyond for her clients/customers.Never have I received service like this and especially from a vets,I am so pleased to have registered with you!

Amazing vets.Wasn't registered at a vets when my cat had an assess pop up, they registered me quickly and made an appointment for my cat within the hour.All the staff were so kind, friendly and caring.So glad I found them and would highly recommend.Can't be more thankful.x
