I can't thank Ericka enough for the lovely service I had and I look amazing the colour is perfect and the cut was outstanding. The time and care taken was above and beyond the coffee was lovely and for the first time in ages my hair felt pampered and I had curls ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m a long time customer so thought it was time I left a review! Consistently fantastic service for the last 5+ years. I have difficult, curly hair and Jasmin always makes it look gorgeous.

Erica and the other women who took care of me were so wonderful. At first I was unsure about the colour but it was just the dim lighting at my station. Now I can't stop looking at it. I feel like a new person. Really made my day! Very talented stylists !! Thanks again.

I booked in for a wash, blow dry and style with Erica to have my hair done for my sisters wedding. She was amazing, so friendly and my hair lasted till the next day! I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking in Swanage.

On the first visit staff seemed nice, except lady that did my hair, she was making comments about my “COVID hair” which ,everyone knows is a thing, but I would have expected staff to be more professional and courteous. I would not use her services again. I went to the salon again and used services of a different consultant, Jasmine and she was absolutely brilliant. Made me feel very welcome advised very well on my hair overall 10/10. I think it’s important that this business remembers significance of customer service and wish all staff were this nice.

Top marks to this salon and to Corine. She has been my hair stylist for 5 years and I have never had a bad cut and style. She shows true professionalism and her cutting is brilliant.Her team are also all so friendly and the salon has such a good feeling when you walk in.10/10 every time.

Tried to double charge me when rebooking my appointment and said that it was due to their cancellation policy. However, it was not made aware to me that this policy even existed. I failed to attend the appointment due to sickness, and this had been explained on the phone when attempting to rebook! I did expect possibly them to give me a small charge, but 100% of a service not received is just ripping people off! It's a shame that the salon is nice with coffee. The quality of hair washing is above average, and the styling is done nicely. however, I'm not going to accept being ripped off

I just went in to see if they had any appointmets and was fitted in straight away fir wash and cut. Great service lovely cut and very pleased thanks kerry holder

I went for a colour and trim. My naturally wavy hair had the layers too long and just need the layers cut. The colour was ok but the girl who cut my hair literally razored it and I am now left with frizz. I've never had frizzy hair as it's always been thick and full. I cannot believe what she did to my hair as I watched in horror as she razored it and now has lost its fullness.I cried as I left the salon. I said 'please don't give a mullet' and that's what I've got.She even had the nerve to ask me if my hair goes frizzy! It's so bad that I have to wear it up and no amount of product works and I wanted more off the top, which she refused to cut. Please listen to the client! Don't think you know what the client wants. Avoid this place!!!!!

Careful! Be very clear what you want.After my trip here I had to visit another hair dresser to have the hair cut fixed.I told the stylist I was growing out a short cut into a bob. I wanted help to transition neatly- I asked her to tidy up the back and neaten the hair around the ears.She took 2 INCHES!!! off all over...... Off my already very short hair. She used a razor instead of scissors which was uncomfortable.she cut the hair in an off centre parting so as well as not being what I wanted the cut looked terrible - I had to get a second hair cut to rescue it.I read my book during the styling. Big mistake. I had the shock off my life when I looked up at the end.To be honest even then until I stood up and saw all my hair on the floor just how short it was. Otherwise I would have mentioned at the time that it wasn't what I wanted.I didn't want to go back there and get it corrected. Trust gone.
