Professional, Punctual & FriendlyReform Fire has been contracted (for the last 2yrs) to take care of fire safety (Certificates, Servicing & Replacement) for multiple residential & commercial premises within my portfolio.They turn up every year at the required time and I must say its a relief, as I've not had to call or chase them once. It's great as I have piece of mind and can focus on other tasks.I can confirm, as of this morning, that I've now placed an additional 3 premises under contract with Reform Fire Ltd. Reform was highly recommended to myself by a professional in the real estate industry. I must say that they have certainly exceeded my expectations. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone in need of the services they provide.

This is a bad firm and please avoid using this company. Employees from this company would come into your store pretending to be from the local authority. They ended up billing us an extortion amount of money. We later found out that they are a private firm and not from the local authority. Once we confronted them they refused to refund us and stoped replying to our emails. Beware of this company! Fruad only.

They are a company full of thiefs and un reliable staff. A refund was due for our store around 2 weeks ago and it has not been processed neither have they answered our phone calls or replied to our emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Fraud company.They do nothing but come into your business and take money off you for mo reason!!! DO NOT TRUST AT ALL. They took money off our employees saying they are from the local authority when they are a private firm. If they come into your store tell them to leave immediately!!

Two members from this company turned up to my premises and tried charging me nearly £300 for an inspection and claimed they are from the local council lucky I called up the local authority and found out they are a private firm scamming people.

Well presented company on time they done the job perfectly good choice even with signs a service contract with them well recommend it

We have 3 companies and have used Reform Fire for many years without any issues. They have given great service and have been very reasonably priced (we had used several companies prior to Reform which were always out to make money from us).
