Was told by my regular plumber that I needed a new boiler so I decided to call Kye at Hess Plumbing. He arrived promptly and was able to repair the boiler for minimal cost. Rang yesterday tea time as my boiler was making a terrible noise.came out today to fix it.. very nice gentleman. Fix the problem and gave my boiler the once over. To make sure it was all working good.Thank you very much

Fantastic service, Boiler stopped working just as the cold weather and snow arrived! Kye attended the same day carrying the right parts needed to clear the error code already on his van. Well prepared, polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

Tried numerous plumbers with no luck until I contacted Kai who’s been very reliable. Very polite & professional. Arrived on time and did an excellent job installing a new thermostat and replacement radiator. Highly recommend and will be first choice for work needed in the future.

Excellent work, reasonably priced. Kye is a nice helpful guy who works hard and efficiently. He managed to overcome a few problems to fit the boiler exactly where we wanted it. All was left very neat and tidy at the end. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service! Our boiler stopped working and had an error code on the display. This was as the weather had just turned cold so lots of peoples boilers weren’t working, however, Hess Heating still got to us first thing in the morning and we had our boiler back up and running extremely quickly. Extremely reasonable price and not inflated which I’ve had with other boiler repairs in the past.
