Excellent service from Suzette Pearce from start to finish. This is the first time using TrustFord and will definitely recommend and use them again in the future. Have never received a video tour of the car previously from any dealership. The test drive was relaxed as we were able to go out on our own. Suzette is very friendly and patient, we were offered drinks and she even helped transfer stuff from my previous car. Nothing was too much trouble, even putting fuel in my new car. Out of all Ford dealerships I've used in the past, this has been the best experience by far.

Excellent service the sales lady was fantastic, she made us feel relaxed and gave us a coffee. She was very helpful in showing us the car's we could have and explained everything to us. Would highly recommend Trustford Birmingham to purchase a car.

2 year old Ford Transit gone in for replacement battery ( under warranty). Two days later they still have not replaced the battery as they're trying get payment from us and not honour the warranty. Without going into the details we run a fleet of over 200 vans and this dealer i would argue maybe dishonest or they treat and train their staff poorly. Either way they are doing a fantastic job on ruining a 40 year old relationship between us and Fords having spent millions. Dont waste your time money or effort with this dealer.

Been trying to contact the service dept for 2 weeks. Each time telling me they are too busy. Someone will ring back. Sent e mail to trust ford head office and still no response. So had to visit the department and greeted by a receptionist who was extremely uncooperative. Finally after sometime I got satisfaction from a very friendly service advisor. Shocking service.

I recently visited this Ford dealership to have a look at a used BMW 5 series. I initially was dealing with Lewis who was great, and the car was almost as described with a few little minor issues which I was happy to ignore. Unfortunately, Paul the sales manager in the used car department lost the sale, as he was very pushy and gave me an ultimatum to buy or not to buy as he has another buyer lined up. I felt pressured into making a decision there and then which felt forced. It was unprofessional and very arrogant of Paul to treat a customer this way. For this reason I ended up buying a car from a local specialist the next day as I felt appreciated and valued.In summary, I would highly recommend to AVOID this dealership due to poor lack of attention to customer service. There are much better dealerships locally that offer better quality cars and service.Thank you Paul!

Bought a Fiesta ST line in late June from this dealer. Had a great selection of cars, however after deciding to purchase a car and going on a test drive, we were then told that they’d made a mistake on the pricing and that I’d actually be £2,000 higher than what was listed on the display. Obviously this was disappointing but mistakes happen. We then moved over to the next car which we decided we wanted to test drive and buy after the assistant had got the keys we were told it had been sold. We then decided to purchase a different car and right before going to pay, I had the idea of checking what the car was listed as on the website. Only to find that the car was listed £1,000 cheaper on the website. After speaking to the sales assistant they confirmed that they’d made another error and thankfully changed the price.The second issue came after purchasing the car. I wanted to obtain the service history documents. However the sales assistant was not helpful with this at all (probably wanted to get rid of me now I’d spent the money) after multiple calls and emails I eventually gave in and tried the service department, who never called me back after 3 or 4 attempts, claiming each time they were too busy to help me.Eventually this was sorted by calling up a different sales assistant, who helped me immediately, unfortunately I can’t remember his name however he is the sole reason for the extra star in the review.To conclude, the car was great, however the after care and sales experience were not. Would recommend triple checking the prices when shopping here.

I had an exceptional experience buying a vehicle from Trust Ford Birmingham. Rob, the business manager, was fantastic, and I'm grateful to Sunny from the sales team, as well as Bradley and Lewis, for delivering the car to my doorstep with a full tank of fuel as a gesture of courtesy. A big thank you to Laura from the Evolution finance team for making the financing process seamless and timely. I'm definitely looking forward to purchasing from them again in the future!

Rang day before and dealt with Suzette. After reserving with refundable deposit went to look at car next dayCar needed air con sorting. No problem; she got booked in for next working day, fetched the day after. Was asked and was informative on the extras but was no pushing or drama. Easy process: thanks Suzette!

The worst buying experience I’ve had in a long time. Incompetence and false promises. Bought many new Ford’s over the years from different dealers but I would NEVER buy from Trust Ford again. They even filled my customer feedback form in with positive review. Asked for this to be changed but funnily enough, never heard back. Avoid at all costs!!
