The staff here are both friendly and helpful.Leah was great and encouraging when I was struggling to find things that suited me. She gave me a few suggestions and was very honest if something didn't work for me. I will definitely be back.

I can’t praise the George Street staff enough. They are very approachable, have great taste and give excellent advice. The style advisor today went out of her way to make sure I could get the dress I wanted, in the right size, by organising an on-line purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you!

The staff in the store are always so friendly and helpful.Today when I was in I grabbed a bunch of items to try on without knowing the store was about to close. I kept the girls working waiting after the store closed and they could not have been nicer about it. They let me pay for the items I wanted and did not rush me out the door the way other shops would have. Sorry to have kept them both waiting- I was in my own little world trying stuff on in the fitting room!

Popped into the George street branch. 5* service from Leah McCallom. Felt like I got a personal shopping experience. She got me trying on pieces that were right out my comfort zone but they were exactly what I was looking for. Came away so happy. Will definitely be back to update my Autumn/winter wardrobe. Love the clothes and I had seen a few things online that I was interested in I was in town today so thought I would pop in I was in the shop for a good 20 mins but in that time not one member of staff asked if they could help they all seemed to be busy fussing over someone who was trying a few things on I hope they got a sale there because they certainly didn't get mine

My mum and I had a fantastic experience here last week after an awful experience with a personal shopper in a large department store nearby. The staff in Mint Velvet went out of their way to help us and really looked after us. We ended up purchasing quite a few pieces as their collection was so good. Thank you so much to the excellent customer service. We will definitely be back.
