Exceptional service! We have been chosing tiles for two bathrooms and kitchen, and had quality advice on every little bit. We have spent quite a lot of time going through the tiles and picking the right design. The sales person was very helpful, knowledgable and patient with us, going through every little bit of detail to make sure we make the right choice. I can only recommend this store, best prices and best advice!

Absolutely brilliant in customer service. A lovely young man (Darren) helped deliver my purchase to my nearby address on company trolley and I had 4 surplus tiles returned and refunded. I am particularly passionate about construction waste so am most grateful to them for having taken incomplete packages back.

It was hard to even begin shopping, whilst slowly serving a large order the staff member refused to tell me the location of the customer car park. His colleague studiously ignored me despite walking past me. When I pointed out that I had a baby in the car I was ignored twice, then barked at. It’s inconceivable that I couldn’t have politely been informed without slowing the other customI won’t be making a purchase from this branch. I suggest a sign for customer parking. Come on foot.
