Site manager very ignorant. Like most ignorant people she is too thick to appreciate just how ignorant she is. She likes to show off ànd proudly demonstrate her ignorance to her assembled fellow thickies. I do not believe they got to decide whose turn it was to possess the company brain cell on the day a member of the public wanted to take some photographs. The police officers who attended (no really, they really did call the police because someone had a camera) were tasked with trying to explain to them, probably in words of one syllable and crayons just how moronic they were being. Sad. Sad. Sad

What an absolute shambles of a business. For the THIRD time now they have sent us the wrong fixtures for a chest of drawers which has been lying in pieces on the floor for the last 3 months. We spent £999 on furniture from this shower.If you weren’t so far away I’d come and throw it through your windows.EDIT - 4th time wrong. Just close your pathetic business down.

Their customer service is an absolute joke. They mislead you into purchasing an extortionately priced item, and then afterwards don’t want to deal with any issues you experience and will just tell you to contact the manufacturer instead. Purchase your baby items elsewhere for cheaper and with better customer service. Completely baffled as to how they’re still in business.

Terrible site manager is rude and wasted police time because of an auditor. Will not be shopping at mamas and papas again.

I love Mamas and Papas, the head office always has amazing bargains, such lovely clothes for little ones, many of their items are discounted heavily especially the clothing. They even have matching furniture sets for the baby's room. There is usually plenty of choice and easily accessible parking outside.

Ordered a cotbed 4 months ago still have not received the right item and all there customer service are VERY USELESS!

Ok for a quick unload but a pain to get to in a high sided vehicle

DO NOT PURCHASE PUSHCHAIRS FROM THIS COMPANY. DANGER TO CHILDREN!!!!Purchased an Ocarro pushchair through Very UK. Within 7 months of using the seat unit designed to carry a child up to 22kg the seat unit connectors have snapped on a 9.8kg 10 month old. Imagine the danger of a child falling head first onto the pavement from a faulty pushchair. Contacted mamas and papas apparently not their problem need to speak to very contacted very not their problem need to speak to mamas and papas. The while process is absolutely disgusting your product, your name on the product you are responsible for the damage and you should ensure you rectify it.
