Ipswich Escape Rooms

Very good escape room. Some really good tricks in there that we haven't seen before making the puzzels have an interesting and fun twist to then. Some of the props where very cool.The aesthetics of the room were a bit plain compared to some rooms we have done before but to be fair those where European rooms where they go full out!The game master was very helpful and we loved the little souvenir our group got to take away. Only wish we could have bought another one for one each.A fun room which is good for smaller teams as well as a bigger group. We were a team of two and where able to escape in time.We will be looking into their other rooms.

Me and my husband did the clubhouse room today, it was excellent. The puzzles were challenging and very original. The lady there was really friendly and helpful, giving just the right amount of information when we needed help. We’re looking forward to trying their other rooms!

That's a great way to spend an hour, and very reasonably priced. The room was well set out, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. We felt very welcomed and that the organisation and explanation of everything was excellent. We would highly recommend to anyone, and will definitely be doing another one!

Really fun, engaging and well designed game. We played the Holy Grail escape room and the room was stunning with several ingenious elements which we all really enjoyed. The staff member on duty Bex was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

Had an absolutely amazing time here the other week with my girlfriend. The staff were friendly, fun and helpful. Will definitely be going again in the near future!

Called to ask about disabled pricing and they do not have any!While seemingly being discriminatory not to facilitate and encourage inclusion in line with the equality act 2010, it is disturbing that they even have a business model that does not recognise disabled pricing.To be fair, I said I would call back in one or two weeks to see if they have improved their equality-act compliance. If they so then this review will be updated to reflect this. Hopefully they will realise that facilitating inclusion is a good thing to do, not just a matter of equality act compliance. So watch this space...

A great experience and far better than I ever imagined it would be. A great fun way to spend an hour. Not in the greatest area but it doesn't really need to be. Free parking and easy to find. Give it a go!!!

Did the Secret Clubhouse on 1st Sept with my partner and my 15 year old son.The game design itself was good. But the whole experience was a let down because at the start of the game the member of staff told us she would give us clues if she felt we needed them. For the entire game we received virtually no help even when we were asking for it. It was also very frustrating because there was no countdown clock available so we never knew how much time we had left.When we got locked in we were amazed to discover that we were less than halfway into the game. Clearly we had needed far more help than we got. If you're really struggling and get zero help then the game is zero fun which is what happened. It also felt like our host was in a major hurry to get rid of us at the end.We have been to other escape rooms before and have completed them with clues so it's not like we were complete newbies. This was by far the worst experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless your team are professionals.

Escape Rooms is brilliant, such good fun for everybody. Well thought out and not so difficult as to be impossible.The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. With good rates it makes a super time for a family, friends or club.They are also in Cambridge with four different rooms.Massively recommended!

Amazing experience. Alot more challenging than I thought however the staff are brilliant and will steer you in the right direction whenever necessary. Overall fantastic time really well priced. And very lenient on time as I went over by nearly 15 minutes.
