PMA Porthmadog (Pritchard's Martial Arts Porthmadog)

Coming from a military background I thought I was used to being beasted at phys. Then I met Lauren and Matt. The sessions are hard (as hard as you make them yourselves) but they are so much fun! I’ve never laughed so much whilst wanting to throw up at the same time!All the exercises are scalable and you will be given an alternative if you can’t do them or have an injury or niggle.If you’re after a fun fitness class that gets results - come and join us, you won’t regret it!

I had lost all my confidence after putting on weight over covid and moving to a new area, I forced my self to sign up to fit in 5 with Lauren and I haven’t looked back she is so supportive and I love the routines, Lauren has helped me grow in confidence and is always there to help and give you a kick up the bum if needed! Lauren and Matthew are a great team and I couldn’t think of going anywhere else.

PMA are amazing and have made such a big difference to my son's confidence.Not only do they start off by asking what you would like to work on through a personal level, but they instil respect throughout their lessons.With messages popping through to parents every now and then on how they could improve on lessons for your child, also asking if there is anything you would like for them to work on with them personally.The reward systems are brilliant by having pupil of the day and pupil of the week, then they get to choose a game after a good work out, which really brings up confidence and makes the children want to work harder.Sensei Lauren and Sensei Matthew have been amazing with my son, they learn through discipline and play while maintaining a good relationship with each of their pupils, as they get to know each pupil individually and get them to where they need to be to achieve their next belt.I couldn't recommend them any higher, and am a big advocate for PMA

Best decision i ever made was sending my daughter to PMA! Lauren and Mathew have worked wonders with her. Brought out her confidence loads and taught her to believe in herself! Comes home from every session looking forward to the next! Would 100% recommend especially for children or adults who lack self confidence! Great work thanks Guys!
