I was having issues with my PC, and I was recommended to go here. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what to do and managed to fix my PC within an hour or two. Very grateful for his service and would definitely recommend.

If you ever have any issues with your PC or laptop, bring it here! The manager is excellent. I had a water related accident with my son's PC and the hard drive/ operating system could not be detected. All my son's school files were gone!! They painstakingly tried every option to recover the data without success. But they never gave up and tried even more unusual methods and managed to recover all the files. They then fixed the computer and ensured it was back up and ready. The price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely return if I have any computer issues. A massive thank you!!

Absolutely without a doubt the most helpful quick and efficient tech shop! They also have a big selection of cases for phones and cable screen protectors. PayByPhone or meters outside shop ans parking available.

Very good customer service,explained everything I needed to know and was very patient due to technical issues on my behalfand the repairman not only acknowledged them but also offered a fair price.My PC is now fully repaired, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Highly recommend!

I can't even give them a star how disappointed I am. I left my computer which cost me some money to see what happened because it wasn't charging he looked and said he had changed a part and when I went to get it he said he couldn't solve the problem and that the computer had died that if I wanted to I would have to change the entire motherboard or selling him a computer I paid over £1000 for £150. He said that there were more computers like mine in the store with the same problem. I found it suspicious and went to take my computer to another. When the guy opened the computer to see what happened he noticed that there were some liquids spread on the parts the name of the liquid was WD-40. It ended up with some parts of my notebook having to stay in technical assistance for a while because I would have to order new parts and specific parts. One piece of advice, never, never, never leave your computer in that place, even if it's to update windows, if you want I'll even recommend the people who worked on my computer. Because a place like this shouldn't even be open, they weren't honest with us, they tried to deceive and if that was the case, I would even take it to court. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP FOOLING PEOPLE.

Daughter lost 10 years worth of pictures on my external hard drive...... Two days later, Kishor at HiTEC had recovered everything, thank goodness for that, big relief. Great service and really good price. Would highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews but for the customer service and level of service i received i had to leave a review.My laptop start experiencing issues and it's mainly used for work purposes, so imagine the urgency to fix...Likely cause was SSD Hard drive, so quite serious.After speaking to the team there, they were very accommodating and reassuring and said to bring the laptop and will diagnose and take it from there.Initially the same day, the feedback/call about the state of the laptop was not looking good and was likely a irreparable.Possible graphics card/motherboard.The next day, i visited the shop and they had good news!They never have up and, went above and beyond to find the root cause of the issue...So alot of time giving to investigate..So thermal issues - overheating, & hard drive replaced.So, i good positive outcome.Generally im skeptical about going to repair shops, as some will charge a huge fee for even checking...They went out their way to look after me, and my laptop is now operating better then brand new, as we updated the hard drive to a more Superior spec.Also, a laptop service given...I fantastic positive outcome and thousands saved... Literally.So if you're on the fence, they are very humble and the pricing is VERY Reasonable that i will be a long term customer but also refer friends & family.A true class act of a business...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. PERIOD!
