lovely customer service

This is the second time I’ve been to this H&M store and found such a friendly customer service advisor. Joe was very nice and helped me with my returns and found the top I wanted! I didn’t find the other young girls to be as attentive as Joe and these 5 stars are in credit to him! :-)

I’ve been into this store 5 times since December and it’s always an unpleasant experience. A lot of the staff appear hostile and have an attitude. I actively avoid the store and try my best to shop at other H&M stores if I can.

Last Saturday, the staff took 20 mn at the busiest time to find a phone lost in the shop on Friday. Everyone was super lovely about it, no one complained about me picking the worst possible time to come back. My teenage niece stopped crying and is back in her country with her precious phone. I cannot thank you enough.

Best customer service, had an incident there a few weeks back when I was carrying a vase which ripped out the bag and smashed into pieces (the vase wasn’t from H&M, it was a gift I had received earlier that day).. two lovely staff members cleared up the mess instantly, and didn’t make me feel bad about it at all, rather just made feel comforted and told me not to worry about it. Sorry I didn’t get their names :( but they were super lovely! Thankyouuu.

Very helpful staff here... Shelves and hangers are usually well stocked and plenty of staff so you wont have a long wait in the queues...No problems when returning online purchases to the store, in the past at other stores, staff can be rude and make excuses not to accept them... Will definitely be returning

The worst customer service ever! I wouldn’t even give the store 1 star. My mum went to return a rug (folded neatly into A3 size) bought online. She was told that they couldn’t take it because they were not selling it in store, apparently the rug counts as a bit of furniture and they would get in trouble if they accepted it. My mum had all of her correct return receipts and even got up the policy which said she could return it to the store. As she was looking through her phone the girls working at the till were smirking and laughing at her. She said she felt ashamed to be returning an item!! When she approached the till for the second time to show the worker at that she could return the item. The girl slouched over the desk, rolled her eyes and told her that this till was now closed. They continued explaining that she couldn’t return the item as it was too big and not sold in store. My mum told them she literally returned three lots of bedding last week which were bigger than the small rug and were also not sold in store. Absolutely appalling.

Cool environment. And great service. Good outfits . Only wished for more offers.

Poor customer service from Joseph when I asked for assistance returning an online item in store through the app. It seemed an inconvenience to help me, he tutted when I asked a question and was very stony faced throughout the transaction. I fedback to the floor manager my poor experience before leaving the store. What happened to old fashioned service with a smile and the customer comes first?!

What an attitude. Staff don’t know what they are doing and making things up on the spot. Asked politely if I could pay for a bag and they said no I have to purchase something from store? So basically unwilling to scan a bag which I said I’ll pay for and I bought something earlier in the shop? Customer service is non existent
