Sticks and stones may break my bones but there's always at least one item they don't have at ᴸᴵᴰᴸ ~ good place though, price worthy!

Queue until the fridges! 2 tills open out of 7, what's the point of having another 5 tills if you never use them? Better use that space for making self-checkouts! The worst looking and managed Lidl I have ever been to!I think their fuse box will blow if they open more than 2 till! Ha ha ha.. not funny!

People including me come here for cheap food. I find that things aren't always cheaper than Aldi, the competitor a block away, while quality of the products seems to be slightly lower here. That said, giving it four stars for having these boxes of things that exceed their self lives. I hauled a box home for 1.5gbp and find no problem enjoying in them. Felt great for saving the food waste.

Visited in Cambridge today and was shocked at how dirty the baskets were. There was thick dirt at the bottom, so bad I used a bakery bag to line the bottom. Please clean them it really is very unhygienic.

It's Lidl! Out of the total 7 tills I've only ever seen 2 open at once. It's especially bad because it's in the retail park, so it's always got a lot of foot traffic.Outside of that, it's pretty good. Good selection, if somewhat lacking in the toiletries section. Good ambience; nothing like some of real dingy Lidl's out there. Cheaper than Tesco and there's even an Aldi across the street!

Godd, cheap, simple, no nosence chain store. One minus - if one want a decent bread, not this puffy toasty fake ones, one skould be early, before 13.00.

Great bakery. Decent selextio. Good prices and quality for price. The only two issues I have is the queues for the till are often long, they don't open enough tills and there is no self-checkout or till for basket or small shop of 10 or fewer items which would be very helpful. So if you just want to quickly go grab something, you can end up waiting 2-3 times as long to pay, and this is at any time of day.

It would be easy to say that this is just another supermarket but you have to come here to understand.Not only does this place have a real buzz - like other people have mentioned, - it just feels different. They have a fantastic bakery with the best Portuguese Custard tarts around (Pasteis de nata) the story is clean, they have a lot of variety, brands we are not familiar with & their meat section is really good.Pricing is fantastic & they easily beat the other two in the area. I bought some of the pasta & pasta sauces which were unknown brands to me. It was really fantastic & I'll certainly buy again!Lots of parking, but do make sure to bring a one Pound coin for the trolley.Thanks Lidl, you've made shopping for good quality groceries that much better & cheaper.

Bargains to be had... always good to browse. Like the fact they are not charging extra for customers without nectar cards like sainsburys do. ( That's just irritating)

Great shop, amazing bakery with lots of choice for an affordable price.The special country or region weeks are always good to try something new, although some of the stuff tastes very cheap and sweetThere are often queues but mostly they move quickly.
