Excellent customer service from James. I needed to order 14 pizzas for the staff at Chris Allen Mazda in Fleetwood and I only had cash to pay for it. Cash isn't allowed at the moment apparently, but he tried to contact his boss a couple of times for authorisation, to no avail. He decided to allow it as it was a fairly large amount, I hope he doesn't get into trouble over it. Many thanks James.

Pizza had been oviously been kept warm for a while before delivery, luke warm when delivered £30 wasted, there are better providers locally than domino's. I will not be ordering from them again.

Great process now for covid. Order on app, pick up no later than 12 mins later. Amazing. App works well, change toppings, half and half, shame you can't use PayPal might have got 5* if you could. I presume there are potential cancel or refund issues if they did it. Still overpriced but you know what you are paying so your choice. The two we had were great, consistent due to technology and years of experience.

Horrendous every time without fail. No consistency, pizza rarely cooked or even topped properly , staff mostly appear to be untrained children. Management appears to not exist.

Ordered a Pizza, didnt arrive. Rang back, they apologised and said refund would be done straight away and would go back onto card in 7 days. That was on the 29th April. Rang again 13th May to be told the manager couldn't do the refund and it would have to be the area manager to do the refund. 22nd of May, still no refund and still being told it's the area manager to organise. Absolutely waste of space, poor service, sharp practice, total disregard to due diligence and would most definitely not recommend. If you want to pay twice for the same meal, receive cold food and trust that there is no extra toppings on your pizza then this is the pizza outlet for you. CAVEAT EMPTOR. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Obviously this is a franchised company. If this was my Brand and I was allowing others to share in the value and quality of my product. I would ensure that all branches followed process and quality procedures. This venue clearly does not. A decadence product, invokes a sense of quality and the justification of the additional cost of £3.50. It becomes very apparent the disparity between some of these franchised businesses due to varying degrees of quality. A product containing the prestigeous title of decadence" for the added price of £3.50 should be able to justify that cost. It becomes clear

Rude, arrogant and useless…Ordered a meal, waited for an hour and a half to be hung up on twice and not be updated. On the third call, they eventually told me that one of the pizzas was discontinued (despite me paying for it). I had to ask for a refund and wasn’t even apologised to. It’s never good when you feel like you’re the one being nice and providing the service! How hard is it to update people on a pizza order…. Time will tell if they give the refund or if I have to pay them a visit in person.Just go to Italian Pizza Hot. Better Pizza, it’s cheaper and they’re great guys.

I was driving through cleveleys on the way home and decided to order a dominos for collection. The collection time said 15 minutes. Arrived at the shop with 5 minutes to go so went to the shop over the road then sat in the car waiting for the notification to say it was ready for collection. The app continued to say it was still in the preparation stage. 30 minutes after making the order, the shop called me to say that they did not have the gluten free bases to make my pizza's. I was told I would have to wait a further 45 minutes for them to get the bases from another store and make the pizzas. So this would be a total wait time of 75 minutes! I explained that I was waiting outside the shop and had already waited 30 minutes, they should have let me know sooner! I cancelled my order. 5 days later I had still not received my refund, so I contacted Dominos customer services. The following day I received a call from the branch apologising that they forgot to process my refund! Apparently they have processed it now and I will have it in the next few days!

Absolutely shocking service and food. Order arrived 2 hours late, pizza and side arrived stone cold as though it had been sat there all night. Manager assured me it wasn’t his problem. Forgot half my order (twice) ended up taking 3 trips to get the full order.

Literally the most average pizza's I have ever had. Definitely will not be going again because there is Literally no value for money and that is after getting them for supposedly half-price.
