The road this development is built on has recently been reduced from a 40mph zone to a 30mph zone, which is good. However it is not enforced at all and cars are regularly going 50+ miles per hour making turning in and out of this development (or any of the other houses or businesses on this road) very dangerous. The new 30mph limit should be enforced with speed cameras or something else effective otherwise people will be cautious to raise children so close to this so regularly speed abused road. I would recommend the developer pressure the people responsible for enforcing the speed limits to do more.

We’ve looked at a lot of new builds but really impressed after viewing the show home. Sales lady was very pleasant and helpful and finishes look great. V impressed.
