Staff are friendly but that's all they have going. Went in on Saturday to order a wardrobe waited around for ages just for them to want proof of address for finance. Got a bank letter with address and mortage details and took that the next day but apparently that wasn't enough proof of address. Didn't want to have to come back again so outright brought it. Told a 2 week wait for delivery, just to be phoned a few days later to say they messed up and I would have to wait another week. All this for one wardrobe. Will be very frustrated if it is delivered and I have more issues. Wanted to give a store discount as compensation, dont really want to go back after all that

The click and collect needs attention. I waited outside the store for 10 minutes with 3 others in the queue whilst 2 members of staff were chatting inside. No apology, just very direct and rude responses despite the customers being very good about the situation. Such a shame.

Very smartly presented Home store. Wide selection of what appears to be good quality merchandise. Very up to date styling. Friendly staff. Shop is on a business park that has access and parking issues.

I don't usually give feedback on a store, but today received excellent service going through the process of choosing and buying furniture. The sales advisor, Sophie, provided all the answers to the many questions we had. Alongside the other Next stores in Swindon, the Mannington based store is on 2 levels and fairly small, so just a fraction of stock is on display, and catalogues and on line access to more information provide additional help. The store is bright and well looked after and as a bonus, Costa's is upstairs. Worth a visit for a reasonable selection of furniture, lighting and other items for the home.

Love next home products but I find this store really unorganised and unhelpful.The shelves are unorganised. Spent ages trying to find the right boxes in the lighting section.Was left waiting for ages in this store today also struggled to carry things- I asked for either a basket or trolley and was told none were available due to Covid?? So therefor could not carry what I wanted to buy so have now ordered onlineThe one by the orbital is a lot more organised and the lady there helped the best she could.

We spent over an hour in here looking at sofas and fabrics. It's a lovely shop with great products. Struggled to find someone to help us when we needed a swatch that wasn't out but I think that was just because it was so busy.

An attractive branch of Next Home incorporating a convenient Costa upstairs. Well laid out inspiring displays. Lost a star because although I go in quite frequently to browse or buy, I think today was the first day anyone has ever said good afternoon, and I don't think I've ever been asked whether I needed any help. Perhaps they are understaffed?
