O2 Shop Ipswich

Went in today absolute complete waste of time , they messed up my upgrade order took £50 off me to upgrade and when I phoned O2 customer services no record of upgrade so they took my £50 and didn't process upgrade, spoke to shop assistant ( who claimed to be manager called JOHN ) Obnoxious unhelpful and basically rude also told me the contract O2 sent me was worthless as he could send me one there and then with any phone I wanted , phoned Customer Services when I got home who couldn't believe he could say such stuff as they said contract were most important documents, told JOHN 4 times they had made a mistake but he continued to be rude and Obnoxious didn't care in the slightest , so walked out and will never set of in this shop again even though its a 30 minute trip i would rather travel an hour to another O2 shop than use this one again !!!

So angry with your store..walked into the Ipswich branch to see and possibly buy a Samsung S22 or 23 depending on advice. Im not a contract i wanted to buy new.The lady just showed me the prices of the phones,I could see the prices wanted advice.... I asked her if I could sit down, it's hot today, expecting her to help me and she walked off and served someone else! You just lost a possible 1k sale due to her,I'm going elsewhere. I'm with O2 as well.

Mel at the Ipswich shop help me today and she was magnificent, she sorted out my awkward problem eventually in a very pacient way. Mel o2 are lucky to have you thank you so much

Excellent staff. Went in three times. To help me out with a new phone I brought from them they were courtesy. I looked after me very well

o2 offers expensive monthly payments with very low data.Received an email saying that an order has been placed with 3 different order numbers. We were a virgin mobile customers. Received one sim card only. Rang customer service and was told i didnt place an order for the the other two sim cards..really? Advised to go to an o2 shop where we can get a replacement sim card. Went there today 5th aug. My security code was not recognised,sort code and account number not recognised either. After showing Mo" my o2 app..he magically found my account. Got a replacement simcard for my son and unfortunately

I stopped in at O2 today to get a new phone package for my daughter. The shop is large and bright, the staff (a young guy who looked a bit like a young Owen Wilson) spent about 30 minutes with us to get things set and was really helpful.We were interested in a 12 month contract (150GB a month for UK24.99). The pricing on packages was really clear, service was really helpful and didn't feel rushed into anything nor sold anything we didn't want or need.10/10.

Rude and argumentative employee who doesn't appreciate being called out for wasting customer's time. I asked if they could simply look into a phone insurance related query, was told to take a seat and see what they can do. I overhear them discussing with other staff to offer me this deal and that deal (they didn't know I could hear lol), despite the fact I made it clear it was nothing to do with my tariff, which I was perfectly happy with. After cottoning onto the fact they're just trying to offer me various other deals, I point out I don't want to change deal, I wanted to sort my insurance. We don't do that in-store
