I've been taking my cat here for 13 years. He's had quite a few health issues, they have always been clear about costs and treatment and options. No problem with payments pending insurance pay outs, and the vets are very kind and gentle with him

As a new pet owner looking to register at my local vet I enquired about availability and costing for cat vaccines.The receptionist was very rude, curt and had sharp responses for all of my questions. I had the call on speaker phone and the whole room was shocked.She gave a bad impression of the company and curtailed any business I would have made there.Maybe she was having a bad day???

Bought our two dogs Fergie & Pebbles to this veterinary practice for the first time today as we have just moved into the area.. Fergie really suffers from his ears & the vet Claire Blandy was so gentle with him..I can’t recommend this practice enough…thank you from us all…

My partner took our 9yr old rescue boarder collie here for a last minute, emergency eye check after being turned away from every other vet as we have only just got her/moved to the area. He was so delighted that they were able to fit her in even though she wasn't registered, the service from the staff was amazing, they were very friendly and polite and adapted to our needs, we didn't know how she would be as she's never been before and they were so kind to her! They made me feel so reassured and made her very calm and spoilt!!! - Thank you!
